I've been doing business with this Verizon store for several years. The owners - Sarwinder and his brother Harry - and their staff - are honest, no pressure, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with - and go out of their way to help you with your technical issues. I travel from far away because this store is terrific. Highly recommended!

These guys are always great and take the extra time to provide their customers with the best service. They even look for ways that you can save money on your services. I'll never go anywhere else first!

Harry has helped us in the past and we always come back to him for all of ours and our family's phone's. He has the best prices and takes the time to find the perfect phone and plan for each of us. All of our friends come to him as well!

They work quickly to get phones replaced if necessary, can talk about the different models of phones and help compare between them, and are overall great. They also help look for discounts for you through rebates and other offers.

Excellent customer service! I came in today in a bind because I left my phone overseas, but was having it sent to me. I was looking for a cheap phone that could get me by until my phone arrived in the mail. My sales associate (the owner, maybe?) was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as compassionate to my situation. He was able to set up my temporary phone and gave it to me at a HEAVILY discounted price. Can't speak highly enough about the service I received here. Definitely recommend, worth it for the customer service alone.

I'm a big believer in giving praise when it's due. This was the most fun I've ever experienced being fleeced by verizon. My sales associate was personable fun and polite. This man gave me every discount I qualified for! I purchased a phone from BB that had to be shipped(not in stock) I stopped in this store on a whim after having lunch and OMY to BB to activate it. He saved me $600 on the phone and my $120/mo 6Gb plan went to $122/mo Unlimited. This man knows his job level expert! Those clown kids @ the BB don't give a hoot about you and aren't even willing to engage with you. It's like you're a burden. 5 stars for this location! I'll always shop local first.
