While on a visit in Portland area, my wife dropped her phone into water and that meant a new phone. I searched the reviews and found this store had high marks. I was not disappointed. Admittedly, she did need a new phone but so did I as both were a number of years old and failing. Staff there were very helpful. Annabelle was the primary rep for our review and purchase. She was outstanding and we eventually went out the door with our choices in a fully working condition. she took the time to work with the transfer of data while also helping others at the same time. I could go on as she is a superstar. At least I can give her and the store a shout-out.

Jacoby was absolutely amazing. Give this guy a raise! His knowledge was impressive, his multi-tasking skills admirable, and his ability to stay unruffled and even kind dealing with the types of customers that walk in those doors was nothing short of miraculous. My family will absolutely seek him out again when it’s time to visit a Verizon retail location. We felt like we were in competent hands and our needs were cared for during the entire experience. All while Jacoby maintained the smile and friendly patter that helps ease the burden that necessarily comes with these complex interactions with technology.

I went in for a screen protector and walked out quite happy with my experience. My phone looks perfect and my time in the store was great. I was helped by Noah and Jacoby, they provided incredible customer service 👏🏽

Noah is very thorough, calm and knowledgable. Our transaction was frustrating but he was unflustered and solved every issue. Very cool employee.

Coming here was the best decision I could have made! Thanks to Noah, getting my phone stolen went from a total hassle to a quick fix. I am so grateful that I chose to come to the West Linn Verizon instead of anywhere else. Thank you Noah for making a tough time easier!

I need Elizabeth and I came in this afternoon and Alejandro has been very helpful for me I have to say that I am a senior and therefore some things in technology I find puzzling and I was unable to sync my newer phone that I got right here at Verizon with an older tablet that I got at Costco and Alejandro was a genius he fixed the two he thinks the two phones not only that but he also we talked about quoted me how much it would cost me if I'm going to get the the mobile data if I'm going to get the mobile data because I right now my tablet is not a synced with my phone to get the mobile data so I need that for secure service when I'm traveling but Alejandra was very patient and I really appreciate that because it's harder for someone who is born when I was to always get all this straight so thank you you're wonderful you get all the stars I could give you

It was just Noah and me. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable and easy to converse with. He explained everything well, giving me advanced information for anything he thought would be surprising. I am just shy of 20 years with Verizon. Best session I have ever had at any store.

Noah was amazing. He multitasking like a pro and maintained courtesies with all customers. Very smart and kind. My best experience with Verizon ever and I've been with you almost 20 years!

I went into the West Linn Verizon store to trade in and upgrade two phones and transfer another line to one of the hand me down phones. It was as confusing as it sounds. Noah was patient and kind and he not only worked on my complex task but also helped others in the store. He even helped an older customer who couldn't remember her email log in :). Noah was the only employee for most of our transaction and I hope they're able to hire more employees to help with the demand. Everyone who came in had similar needs (transferring lines, adding lines, etc) and there were times the wait was fairly long because the tasks were complex, but Noah gave each customer his full attention and made everyone feel their needs were being met. He went above and beyond and remained cheerful throughout the entire time I was there.

Noah was efficient, knowlegeable, and friendly.
He got me set up with a new phone and accessories in record time, and clearly informed me of details of the purchase.
He is an asset to the company.

Mike and Erica at the West Linn Verizon store were both soo helpful this morning.. I went into the store, knowing that I probably was going to come out with a new phone and I was OK with that and they made the process so easy, so seamless…. Their expertise made my experience so easy and so seamless.
They made sure I did not leave the store with any questions regarding my new phone or the disposal of my old phone.

What a great experience! Mac was personable and knowledgeable about every aspect of Verizon and Apple. I left that store feeling confident about my purchase and I even spent more money than I planned! The store was
clean and Mac was constantly using hand sanitizer and practicing social distancing. It truly was the perfect sales experience.

I've been to this place a couple times and was not very happy. Went in today because I spent over an hr to get my cell to connect to network after getting its screen replaced. Jacob was super helpful and figured it out with in the couple minutes of us talking! Gave me info on how to cancel my replacement order. Very nice and knowledgeable person! Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because him, thanks man!

Alejandro helped me with my email he did a great job.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. Prior to going to the West Linn Verizon store I would have said it was a less than helpful, always too busy and a long time to wait for help. I had even considered changing providers. My experience at this store changed my mind. The employees at the West Linn store are exceptional! For my latest experience just a few days ago I was reluctant to go in because my favorite manager had left to have her baby. Although I miss Brittany and her excellent, friendly, fast, competent costomer service, I have to say without question that the current manager, Tim exceeds at his job as well. He truly went the extra mile to help me sort out my phone issues (adding my elderly parents while at the same time replacing my daughters phone that fell in the River). He took his time, explained everything in a way I could understand and helped me get the best plan possible. He answered all my questions (which I had a lot of) with patience. I would also have to say that he did all this while competently training someone beside him the entire time. It was clear to me that he not only was excellent at his job but is also an excellent manager in how he was training. The trainee, Levi was also handling things with ease and competence. Clearly his Manager was giving him the room he needed to learn along with the confidence to do his job. Way to go, Gentlemen. I hope your recognized for a job well done!

We bombarded the store last night right before they were closing and Ryley was the only one working. He helped our group with multiple issues on 4 cell phones across 3 different accounts. He was awesome! We had him multi-tasking and he handled it all with professionalism and a great smile =)

Shocked to hear the poor reviews. This is a great neighborhood store and brilliant alternative to Verizon Company stores. I've worked with Mack many times and he's consistently taken care of me and my family with zero issue with transition or billing. I highly recommend this store and him!
