Kristina in the bakery department is a true artist. She listened to my design intent and executed the cutest moon cake and beautiful cupcakes for my sons birthday above and beyond my expectations. I was more than impressed! Everyone asked where the cake and cupcakes were from and I shared my secret….Thank you Kristina!

Their bakery staff is the best!! I put in a cake order for a birthday cake and I called the day I wanted to pick it up- and discovered I had ordered the cake for one day LATER than I wanted. I didn’t think they’d be able to help- it wasn’t their fault- but instead they told me they could get it done for me in a few hours if I didn’t mind the design being a little incomplete. I agreed and thanked them a ton- it’s a party for 20 people! And then when I went to pick it up, I discovered they had sent someone to a different store to pick up the cake decorations I needed just to make sure I got the cake I ordered- an ENTIRE DAY early!! I am so pleased and just blown away that they did this for us when it was clearly my mistake. Amazing customer service: thank you so much!!

Simple and clean. This Safeway like many others is located at a plaza with plenty of parking space. The employees are friendly and they try to have enough lanes open to attend customers faster.

Dylan was so helpful to my husband. Even though he had a lot of people in line with a lot of needs he was so patient and courteous!! Give this guy a bonus !!

Good Safeway store if you're familiar with the chain. No reason not to go here if you like this store chain. Well-stocked, clean, good offerings, more than ample parking. Also the fact that it's any wilsonville Town center needs her access to plenty of other stores.

If I'm in the Tualatin/Wilsonville area this is my go-to grocery. Good bakery, produce, meats. Nice wines. Not a huge variety of selections in some dry goods aisles but good prices and usually friendly staff.

Easy to find what you need, and employees are more than happy to assist. The store produce is well taken care of and meat department always well stocked. Check out time isn't too bad checkers are friendly and quick. Deli is also very clean and they change the deli hot food and replace with fresh quickly. I'm very impressed with this store.

This once treasured local grocer is now part of a huge corporate chain. And surprisingly it's better than ever. The employees are wonderful and the quality of the produce, meats & seafood, deli products - all top notch.

The personnel in this store are very helpful and friendly. They and their store manager went out of their way to see if they had another patio table set they had on clearance. They didn't have another, but I was happy to see how they were so eager to help.

My favorite grocery store. Don't like to shop anywhere else. Everything they sell is fresh and their fruit selection is amazing and clean. The Employees are so so so nice. They have personal coupons on the just U app and they give you special discounts on stuff you buy all the time. 5/5 would recommend.

Thank you to the attendant (4:45 today) at the self-checkout. I bought flowers for my mother who turned 92 today. The attendant told me her mother had celebrated her birthday yesterday.

A bit pricier than other grocery stores, but very friendly service. They have these little carts called "customer in training" that my son loves shopping in, and we end up going multiple times a week.

It was a nice experience. Prices are getting higher & higher even on the non brand name's. It's ridiculous! But it wasn't busy & the cashier was friendly. Didn't feel like going to Fred Meyer's so settled on Safeway. Got a decent discount on what I bought. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The deli has excellent, fresh options. The entire store is a nice size when you just need to run in and grab a few things. Everything is organized well and easy to find. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

There's not a ton of grocery stores in the Wilsonville area, so Safeway is always pretty busy. That being said, they have done a fantastic job adapting to accommodate their customers during the pandemic. Staff is friendly and helpful as always, I am glad that such great folks are working so hard to keep this essential business up and running smoothly

This is my home grocery store. I am here several times per week. Today, Sept 12, the severe smoke from the fires was overshadowing the frustrations I felt with COVID-19. I made small talk with the cashier when I was checking out. "This smoke is terrible, huh?" The cashier said, "I hear rain is on the way. . .It's nice the way people are coming together to help each other through this."
His positivity reset me and I realized I needed to change my attitude; I had been looking at the glass half empty.
This is what a neighborhood grocery store is. So much more than groceries, it's community.

I was in the produce department today and looking at the fresh cut fruit. Allison approach me with a friendly hello and asked if I had any questions. I was happy with how well she answered my questions. I am also very pleased at the appearance of the produce department over the last month. Keep it up

I shop here all the time and I have never had an issue. I do know a lot of the employees working here and I know they work ridiculously hard. Often working 40+ hours 6 days a week. I also know they have a completley new meat department manager who is trying really hard to make the department even better!

Not always the cheapest prices, but excellent customer service is always provided. The staff are wonderful. The lines are never too long and they are prompt at calling more cashier's to checkout. Safeway Club savings are pretty legit.
