AT&T Store

Had an excellent experience at the Wilsonville AT&T store today. We first called in to see what kind of wait there would be and Hanna encouraged us to come in an that we would get taken care of. We went in and were warmly greeted by Hanna who was personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. Seth was the same and they worked well as a team. We purchased a new phone and accessories and Seth got all of our data transferred smoothly and left a new phone and had an awesome experience.

I went to this store about a month ago. Wendy and Seth were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! They helped my senior Dad out of a BIG mess and I can’t thank them enough! They had so much patience with us. Wendy, in particular, worked with us for a long time and we left very satisfied customers. I will definitely come back to this particular location for any other AT&T needs in the future! I have been to a few different AT&T stores and this is hands down my favorite!

I was helped by Victoria as soon as I walked in the door. She spent a lot of time with me on the 2 occasions that I went into the store. She is very knowledgeable and very personable.

The service was really fast and really in a high level. Especially,miss Victoria helped us a lot. Thank you very much ! (We got Samsung s24 on att)

Yesterday I visited the Wilsonville AT&T store only two on staff and they were busy but accommodating and I didn’t mind the short wait for help. Hanna the salesperson was great at showing me my options for a new phone. She also helped me save some money on my premium unlimited phone plan which turned out to be less than the regular plan I was on.

Changed three lines and added new Direct TV. Tony was amazing. Knowledgeable, took time to explain everything, helped with trouble-shooting. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Helped at least five other customers and associates while still giving us the attention we needed. Highly recommend Tony.

What a great experience. I had some phone issues but Tony and Wendy answered all my (dumb) questions and I left completely confident that my issues were resolved professionally and they both were so knowledgeable! There was one more terrific representative who was extremely helpful but I didn’t catch her name. I highly recommend this store and max stars to Wendy, Tony, And the nice lady with the long hair.

We were having major frustration and issues unlocking our phones with AT&T on line and getting nowhere! It was impossible to get a hold of a "real" person and the circle went on and on before we visited the Wilsonville Store. Tony and Wendy were of GREAT assistance and customer service! They deserve 5 stars. In a world where customer service is a lost art Tony and Wendy were a refreshing change. Thank you Tony and Wendy!

This is by far the nicest staff I've ever encountered at at&t. Had some issues with defective equipment and 2 other stores couldn't help us. The second we walked in Mason fixed our issues and went above and beyond for us! Customer service excellence at its finest!
Returned today because I needed help setting it up and Hanna was Amazing! She answered so many tech questions and helped me figure out my voicemail issue.
This team is truly AMAZING! If you're anywhere in the Portland/Salem area, I suggest you come to this store specifically because no one else has ever given me half as great service as these guys!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to "Hanna" for being so patient and helpful yesterday. Before I left the store she made sure everything was working regarding my Apply Watch and iPhone pairing. Hanna even did a review of my current plan and we made a few necessary changes that I'd over-looked in the past. What else can I say? Simply top-notch customer service!

My boyfriend and I went in to get the amazing galaxy 23 promo right now. Hannah helped me get both phones ordered. Quick and efficient. Went back in to turn in our old phones same thing very friendly service from the manager and got me In and out in no time. Loving our new phones!

Your rep (Mason) who greeted us upon our visit to the Wilsonville store really went above and beyond. We've been with your company for 7+ years now and dealt with many associates. We've often been left confused or uncertain. However within the first 5 minutes Mason made us feel very comfortable. He exerted confidence with what he was doing, took time to explain to us the process in detail, was familiar with all options he could offer us as well as suggesting the best fitted options for us! He was very professional and had an enthusiastic positive energy throughout our visit!

I went into ATT tonight because my phone was stuck on Voice Over. I could not access anything and my phone auto dialed 911 several times. Very stressful! It was 7:30pm by the time I walked in the door. Both employees jumped right in to get my phone working again. It was after closing time by the time the phone unlocked and they didn't make me feel rushed or act like I was holding them up. I really appreciated their great attitudes and friendly customer service!

Hanna was VERY helpful, and I appreciate her professionalism so much. She was able to get through customer service over the phone when I couldn't, and we finally unlocked my phone. Thank you so much.

Elsie and Hanna helped me today to register and set up my new Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro. They were focused, hard working, very efficient, had expert knowledge, and they succeeded to get my old Galaxy Watch off my plan and the new Galaxy Watch5 Pro set up with a new phone number, up and running! I highly recommend both of them and this AT&T Store location in Wilsonville. Great!

Went in on Wednesday or Thursday, Tony and Liz helped me find a great phone and I'm sort of a curmudgeon about buying a new phone. They made the process painless and easy and were extremely nice and helpful.

While very short staffed, the employees are very hard working, very kind, and attentive to all customers. Working non-stop, they help fix your technology problems, help you upgrade your products quickly, and make good conversation. They make the chore become an easy experience! They deserve raises!
