7-Eleven

This is definitely the cleanest 7-Eleven I have ever gone to in Chicago. It’s well organized, and has a focus on their hot grab-and-go items as opposed to prepackaged snacks. Their slushy machine has good flavors, but works some weeks and is out of order other weeks.

About 25% of the store is reserved for inside dining for the associated taco restaurant. I’ve yet to try it, but the “bar” of salsas and toppings look good.

A lot of people complain about the staff, but I’ve never encountered someone who was unfriendly or rude. Really, the only negative is that their hot food items tend to run out and not be restocked in the afternoon hours.

Overall, I think this is a nice place to grab a snack and then cross the street to enjoy it in the park.

Went yesterday for their grand opening and the place was amazing! Seating and fancy coffee machines with a lot of flavor creamers. A lot of snack options and slurpee flavors. And on top of it all, the lady who was cashier was really nice and outgoing. Definitely coming back for more!

Staff always greet welcome , hot food is stocked and service is fast

there’s a employee Name Johnny he’s so respectfully and know how to talk to customers he work over night he smiles when he see customers greeting them I came in one night he helped me wit making my coffee he puts the customer first just wanna say thanks Mr Johnny for treating your customers all the same keep up the great work thank you Johnny

Cashier was cool; Big Gulps were great. Place seemed stocked well overall

Make sure you get a receipt for every transaction you make at this place. They are over charging triple on credit or debit cards. It happened to me twice. Had to file a dispute. The second time I went I decided to ask for a receipt and the cashier asks how much did I pump. I have never been asked that question. I was the last person to pump and she should just have printed out the last receipt.

They always use to be Open allá 24 hours until today wey always past and Buy pizza and soda but today they we're in Bad moved that prefieres to trow that pizza to that garage instead of sale those to US that wey always come and Buy coffe pizza chips and soda 7 day a week

Completely ignorant! Food is lukewarm, that big Manager with the long nails and red braids right now is a piece of work!! Doesn't greet, give eye contact, doesn't verbally give you your total amount, too busy talking to other employees... We've greeted and said thank you several times... Not one acknowledgement nor did she stop her conversation! Completely ignorant

Idk if the cashier employee man is an only child or if he was raised by an emotionally unavailable single mom or what but that man has no people skills and he shouldn’t have a customer service job if he doesn’t know how to provide it. He was rude and didn’t know how to answer a simple question. He spoke to me like if I was dumb. Also the store was a mess and everything was out of stock. The other employee was polite.

Beware of the burnt black lady erica. Seems like a roach and after I used my ebt card here , an unauthorized purchase at target was made. McKinley park location which is down the street . This NEVER HAPPENED TO ME . NOT TO MENTION THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW EBT CARD SO WHO CAN POSSIBLY HAVE MY INFORMATION. I JUST GOT THIS CARD LAST WEEK. I WILL BE MAKING A POLICE REPORT.

Rude staff too busy on phone to ring me out and restocked hot food. Slushee machine down after grand opening. Taco food dry and old b4 8pm and they refused to make more. Don't waste time or money!

This is very sad for a new location. And just opened in my neighborhood and was hoping to make this my go to location however the stores always out of hot food and the staff is very unprofessional every time I came so far! The girl today was clearly high and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This place needs new management!

Cashier was ghetto. does not know how to speak or talk to a customer. He mad a fuss about me not bagging the taco rolls in the correct bag so he told me he couldn't figure out how to charge me? And when I told him the deal for those he assumed I was lying. Just beware ghetto cashier vibes

as a homeless person I really pisses me off that they put up the chairs at night I mean it can't you what's wrong with relaxing at night I mean that kind of atmosphere makes me more likely to kill myself.

Place was dirty Slurpee machines were down, no nacho cheese or chili. Coffee station was dirty, creamers were in what appeared to be a dirty sink, and the employees were all piled up by cash register

Worst 7 eleven ever super duper rude go to thortons instead those guys are super nice
