Marshalls

Went to visit my daughter who lives in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and decided to go to Marshalls. What a wonderful experience it was! The store was full of goodies, but what expressed me the most, was one of the workers! An adorable, young lady named Nicole, was helping with the items I was looking for. So personable and friendly, I swear, this girl should be running the store! She made shopping an absolute joy, and before I head back home, I will make it my business to stop in again. If I purchase nothing, at least I will get to see Nicole, who I hope is appreciated by all who work with her!!

A wonderful worker Nicole helped me maneuver through the store with three different items I was purchasing that day. She could not have been nicer. This young lady deserves 5 gold stars for being so helpful, kind, patient with me. Thank you, Nicole.

Amazingly clean and well stocked store. The cashiers and staff are so pleasant and professional. I witnessed a manger help a disgruntled guest with the most poise and grace despite the customer’s rudeness. I’d be willing to travel to this store over and over again!

Nastiest woman named Maria wouldn't refund me for an item they double charged me for. I had all my receipts with me.
