Will is great! I drove up and while unpack someone else's order he asked for my name so he could find mine. Multitasking like a pro. And just like that he was out. Under 7 minutes. Best pickup experience I've had anywhere.

I work in this very plaza, and Ron the GM at this market has shown above and beyond customer service and I want him to be recognized for it. He came into the sub shop where I work and ordered his lunch. And, right now especially, it is really hard to find items such as paper goods and disinfectants etc. and I expressed to him that I’ve been searching for a particular item but I can never find it. After he left with his lunch, a few hours later he found what I needed and then brought it to me ! It touched my heart. He’s literally the best and will go the extra mile and That says a lot to me. Thanks for being so kind we need more leaders like you!

Amazing place I love shopping there using self check out. Prices are great compared to other places. I Hope they bring back gasoline discounts for a Shell stations using stop & shop card .

Socially distanced shopping. Most followed the arrows in the aisles. Checkout procedure was posted, easy to understand and the process was quick and friendly.

Great staff, masked & helpful. Some customers struggling wirh the one way aisle, but for the most part quick to correct when they notice all the oncoming traffic. Fortunate to have S&S in a town our size.

Ample parking. Had whatever I needed and I was in and out in a couple of mins. Store was not crowded. About 6 self checkout machines and I was the only one using them.

You can find everything here. Sushi? Plants? Bread? Gift cards? Food? Birthday cards? Donkin Donuts? Yes... everything. It is a clean, organized and nice supermarket. I love it!

Clean, full of options, has bakery, deli, sushi, hot foods, plants, flowers, etc. Pharmacy closed.

Love Stop & Shop in Ridgefield CT is my favorite grocery store. I go shopping there regularly and I always find what I need.
