went in to buy an xbox series x and was doing a trade in for it. i didnt have a controller for a console i was trading in and the man that helped me(Dylan) said it would cost me not having that controller. so i go home and get it then come back. all around he saved a lot of wasted money i didnt know i was gonna lose. definetly deserves some attention!

Purchasing items here is like easy mode for stores.

Great customer service. I am not a gamer and Michael understood that. He took the time to answer everyone of my questions and even went out of his way to make sure I understood. He is a real asset. Next time I have a gaming question, I will be going back to him.

Always have an awesome time at the Brownsburg location!!.. everyone there is always so nice and when u ask a question they actually know what they r talking about.. it's always clean there.. they let u know if there's discounts or u can use ur points for different things, like updating ur membership! Great location!!!

Michael is LITT. He is by far my favorite cashier there. Just recently, I bought Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, and he gave me great advice and tips for it. He is very friendly and has fantastic knowledge.

I've shopped here for video games many times now, and I couldn't be happier with my experiences at this GameStop! The staff are very friendly, outgoing, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything. I always find everything I want here too.

A younger guy with a slight beard and short brown hair is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I wish I had more money to visit more often.

Best Gamestop on the West side. They are there to help instead of shoving things in your face or down your throat, like most of the other stores do.

The games do work there and you can pay for extra coverage on your game but you can not return them, how's a company to make profit?

Been coming to this GameStop since it opened in brownsburg 10 years ago. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful and every time I've been there there's never been a long wait.
