AT&T Store

Jordan was my hero today! I have to use my phone to login for work from home. I was in crisis mode, and Jordan handled everything professionally and flawlessly! He was able to work with my really messed phone and get all my precious photos and videos onto a new one. I didn't miss too much work because he worked so diligently! Jordan deserves a huge kudos and a raise!

The sales reps were extremely nice and helpful , helped me transfer phone info to my new device without any hesitation. Manager was awesome.

Drew was extra helpful and super friendly. He was professional and efficient and kept us entertained the entire time. Highly recommend the Brownsburg ATT location.

Unlike Crawfordsville store they were very personable and fixed my voicemail in 10 min. Great staff!

I typically dread a visit to a cell store but not this AT&T. Staff was friendly and polite, and they walked me through my issues. Can't speak highly enough of the manager, believe his name was Zach. He was very relatable and made sure I left the store a happy customer. Would definitely return!

Only one employee working on the day of our visit, but he worked quickly, was kind and helpful, and assisted us in figuring out the best deal for our family! He wasn’t pushy as a salesperson but spoke well of the AT&T products when we asked questions. Thankful we got to work with him!

Zac was excellent in getting me a new phone case. Quick service as well! Without his help, I may not have found the phone case I wanted.

The rep was friendly, nice, helpful and informative in helping me choose the best phone. I did the trade in deal which is a good deal the burgundy phone was not in stock but we ordered Thursday received Saturday morning.

I just switched to AT&T, and I worked with Zach E. in the Brownsburg store. I was so impressed with him. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful, attentive, efficient - everything one would hope for in a sales technician!

The manager, Matt, has always been fast to help us and get all of our AT&T issues resolved. His team has always welcomed and greeted us when we walk into the store. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

“Tall Zac” provided role model customer service. My mother is 82 and technically savvy enough to use an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. I live across the country and while trouble-shooting on FaceTime works for some things, it clearly isn’t an option for helping her through an upgrade. I was in town visiting so we decided to drive to the Brownsburg AT&T store to purchase a new phone and complete the upgrade process. Zac was super-helpful, patient, and interacted with her as if she was his mom - including installing the protective screen cover we purchased there for her. The entire process took only 45 minutes and when we left the store, all three devices were synched and worked beautifully. Mom was super-excited and felt safer knowing she was in good hands with her devices and Zac. He offered to help her out any time she ran into a problem with the phone. It’s not common to find this quality of customer service - thank you AT&T for hiring Zac!

Came into AT&T to try and set up internet with my apartment and there ended up being technical difficulties with creating my account. And, instead of telling me to just come in another day and sort it out then, the sales associate ended up staying almost an hour after close to help me get the account starting that day so I wouldn't have to come in another day. He was even willing to help me get the installation fee removed to make up for the technical difficulties. His name was Travis and it's employees like him and the reliable service that AT&T provides that makes this company and this branch one of the best internet providers to look for if you're looking for quality and great customer support.

Most always have a signal, it's usually in a building surrounded by metal or thick concrete walls. When I go into an AT&T store for a new phone or an accessory, I always get very good service from the employees.
