Tony Tony Tony. This guy is the most helpful around. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and does a good job. Most of the staff are the same way. AutoZone is my first stop typically for auto parts. Some people may give them a bad rap, but their stuff is exactly the same as everybody else’s Same brands.

This store is just tip top! Neat! Clean! The Staff is incredible and just friendly! Very helpful! They really were there to help me out when I needed them the most! Just awesome!! I went outta Mt way to come here today because I knew this is where ide get treated the best!

Battery installed quickly - in less than 15 minutes I was finished. I feel like they needed another person behind the counter but they were still fast!

wow, double wow. the customer service here blew me off. I definitely have my favorite auto shop. too bad i didn't get the name of the young soft-spoken guy that helped me in fixing my brake light

We needed our Check Engine read for us to see what the problem was. William greeted is very politely. He took the reading & explained the reading to us. Then we needed a seat repair kit, so we got additional help finding that.
All in all, all 3 guys helped us quickly and respectfully. ...... this why we come here!

Had to stop here to get oil and the staff were helpful and friendly. Prices were decent and the store was clean and nice.

Found what I stopped to get without any issue along with a few other items. The gentleman who cashed me out was polite as well. I’d shop there again for sure.

This is definitely my go to auto parts store. I can only imagine this being a great place to work, all the employees seem to be very satisfied.

The truck battery in my Class C RV Motor home was dead. After we got a jump, we drove straight to Auto Zone in Brownsburg. The store was well set up for social distancing . I was greeted immediately. Tony looked at what we needed and put in a new battery in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

AutoZone has always provided fantastic advice and customer service. However, the past few weeks, Tony at the Brownsburg location has gone above and beyond what I would ever expect. He is dedicated, polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. His persistence to customer service proves his position at AutoZone is warranted.

While the other employees are friendly and helpful, Tony's demeanor and customer service sincerely rises above.

I will drive out of my way to give the Brownsburg AutoZone my business!

Needed to find out why Check Engine light was on. Tony was very professional and nice. He cleared the code and printed out all the information on what was wrong. Will definitely go back of the part needs replaced.

Had to get lower a frames they k we what I wanted and I was able to pick them up the same day. Staff was excellent, not in my neighborhood but I recommend this store.

I was having car battery issues, It was evening and dark, the gentleman still tested my battery, explained which one would be best for my needs and installed it. They were busy, but he took time with me.

I went there to get a new battery because the old one was crapping out on me. The new one cost me $200, but has a 5 yr warrenty on it. The guy helped me put it in (Volkswagen) and was very kind to me. Great experiences from this time and the previous time i was there.
