Imaginary BikeWorks is an exceptional local bike shop, and I couldn't be happier with my recent visits. Their fast turnaround times, fair prices, and incredible product selection make them a top choice for cyclists. Josh deserves special recognition for his expertise and excellent service. Bleeding hydraulic brakes and setting up tubeless tires can be a pain, so I waved the white flag of DIY defeat and had him take care of it for me. Exceptional experience getting my bike worked on there. The people working on the bikes are clearly passionate about what they do and helped well and way beyond what I paid for each time I took my bike there. They even found things the bike shop I took it to before missed and fixed the other shop's errors while charging me less than the original shop did for the same work.

This is a proper bike shop for proper bicycles! Josh is fully dialed for even the most intricate Campagnolo builds. He is extremely helpful in helping me get bikes repaired or built by text message and synchronizing with my travel schedule. So convenient and my shop I'm Greenville. Top notch!
