We met at Room Place furniture Store. As I was coming in he was gathering a dolly from the entrance. His smile and greeting was very nice. I was rushing because I thought the store closed at 7pm.

He assured me I had time and no rush was necessary. That was a relief I could settled down and shop. My go to is the clearance center. All stores do not offer such a benefit. I loved my affordable experience. Room Place hires the best sales persons. Bryson is another Winner!
Job well done.

The shopping experience was very pleasant, didn’t feel pushed. Our saleswoman, Yochi, was very professional and pleasant. Had she not checked on our shopping progress and recommended furniture that had lumbar support and adjustment I doubt we would have purchased furniture that day. Yochi answered all of our questions about the furniture we wanted to purchase, and once again had she not done so, I doubt we would have made the purchase. ASK FOR YOCHI!

Surprising my oldest with a new bedroom when he gets home this summer. Got all the help I needed from Max at The Room Place! We went into The RoomPlace with a game plan in mind, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Chris Ottinger and I explained to him exactly what we were looking for. Our sofa was broken, we are in a transition of remodeling the room - painting, wanting to put down hardwood floors basically a disaster zone. I told him we were probably more the clearance zone kinda people as opposed to the showroom floor and he was fine with that. He took us to the clearance zone and we looked and looked and really couldn't find what fit our needs or what we wanted and thru it all he was very patient. We walked out to the showroom and BOOM there it was the PERFECT sofa which happened to be part of the perfect sectional for us! Thank you Chris!
We even have our table and chairs picked out for our next purchase! ☺

SO - I just want to post a small update -- the sectional we purchased has a wedge that is supposed to be Bluetooth compatible with speakers on both the upper right and left hand side. The day after it was delivered we realized 1 of the speakers was defective. We called they opened a service ticket on this. The tech came out said it was definitely a bad speaker he would put the order in for a new speaker and when the speaker arrived we would need to call to schedule someone to come out and install the new speaker. Then we get a call saying they are replacing the wedge instead of the speaker so we schedule delivery. The day before delivery I get a call that the wedge they are loading on the truck for delivery is damaged and it is going to be another 7 days before they can get a new wedge delivered to us from Chicago. Keep in mind we originally purchased this set on January 5. Here it is January 29 and we still have not got our original issue resolved?
For 24 Days we have had a defective wedge the ONLY contact we have had has been from the customer service area scheduling something either delivery or a tech visit or a delivery. But we have yet to receive a follow up call to see if everything is ok. What has happened to Customer Service????

I have had the pleasure of working with both David (dennis) and Calton at the east Washington Street store. They were both very pleasant, helpful, and patient. If anyone is looking to purchase furniture, I would definitely suggest shopping at The room place for exceptional customer service!
