I give only a 4 star because the cost per gallon of gas is about 50 cents more per gallon than Chevrons located less than 2 miles away. I wish I could give a 5 star for the customer service. The attendant found out we were going to a restaurant in the same block and told us we could park at the gas station. I really wish I were able to tip him, but, I'm broke. My mom was paying for everything since I was being her taxi.

I like the fact that they had donuts in the morning also the guy at the pump was cool and the cashier inside seemed nice but told me it was her 3rd day on the job so seems like they hired new people that are nicer

Management here is poor to say the least. It just changed and the store is not as nice as it used to be. Customer service is good, if they can keep employees for any length of time. Good location and selection though.

Well, you definitely can’t call this a “service” station. I waited an entire song in my car before someone moseyed out to help me. If you can call it help. Since I wasn’t filling up - at $5.69 a gallon, about a Buck more than I pay other places - the dude told me I had to go inside to pay. I go in, pay, go back to my car. I get to my car just as the guy is moseying up to the other car there. I’m waiting for him to do what appears to pass for brain surgery to him and then see him walk away from me when he’s done. I dunno, maybe there’s another car I had ya seen. Nope. He’s consolidating trash from one receptacle to the others, which I respect because it wastes fewer plastic bags, right? He finishes and starts making his way back inside the don’t-call-it-a-service station. I yell for him. Nothing. Feeling like a terrible person, I honk to get his attention. He moseys back with zero sign he realizes I’ve been waiting. He plugs in, I remind him the type of gas I want and he starts the flow…and wanders off. At this price, I was only getting $20 to hold me over, so it wouldn’t take long. Not sure how self-unaware he is, but he clearly thinks he’s The Flash. The gas finishes and the pump shuts off. Nothing. After I count to 60, I get out and remove the pump and drive off.
A day later I’m still trying to figure out what they’re doing that they think merits charging more than other stations. I’m truly stumped. I think I’ll bill them for my time because I haven’t spent that long getting gas since the 70s, IYGMD.

This is literally the dumbest gas station I've ever been to. Been here for years then now suddenly between two employees they were unable to pump just only a gallon of gas. Not only that but I had to wait in line 3 times to explain I wanted 92 octane which the cashier didn't know what that was or the price. She initially put me in for a gallon of 87. I had to wait in line again to explain 87 is not 92. She says I should have said I wanted "plus" instead of 92. I explain it's the same. Guess I'm irritated by this point and was threatened to get kicked out. Which my main goal was to just get a gallon of 92 and leave. This took over 15minutes. In the end the cashier still entered the wrong amount of the wrong gas. Maybe calling corporate head quarters will make a difference . Assuming they even care. I see lots of terrible reviews. So much for businesses being apart of the local community. Do not go here for anything.

I will never go here again the gas attendant (so called manager ) was yelling at me for removing my LOCKED gas cap and entering my pin for my card when he approached he was saying I cannot pump my own gas. I continued to tell him I was only putting my pin in and removing my LOCKED gas cap he then said get out of here get gas elsewhere and yelled at the other old man inside to shut the pumps down. I never have been treated with such disrespect and foul language from someone that calls himself a manager. I WOULD GO ELSE WHERE TO GET GAS. I also went in to ask for his manager and the guy inside had no clue to what was going on because he said I was good to get gas . I told him the other guy denied me to get gas. He said well he’s the manager. I asked him who is his manager and he said a lady that works here and would give me her name. He said just call our number. I asked what is the number and he said I am not helping you. Wow . I never gave an issue just was removing my locked gas cap and entering my pin. I WILL NEVER give someone my PIN to my card are you crazy. This was heavy set old man in his 60’s and the other the same with a crooked eye . Stay clear of these guys!

I’ll state the facts: you decide. I noticed I had a slow leak in one of my tires and pulled in to use the air pump. I noticed the pump only took coins, and cost $1.50 so I went inside to see if the manager wouldn’t mind switching it on for me. He said he couldn’t. I said that what he meant to say is that he wouldn’t and pointed to the little button that controls the machine. He said it was a different company and he had no control over machine. I said, “OK, may I buy something and get cash back?” No, he says, you must use the ATM. I pointed out that it was really quite and emergency and that I was happy to buy something and get cash back, but did not want to pay the $2.50 ATM + the fee from my bank. He shrugged. So, as the tire was flat, I went ahead and pulled out $20 and paid the fee. As soon as I turn around the guy smiles and say, “OK, it’s on.” BEFORE I paid him. I informed him that it seemed as though he just tricked me into pulling out cash and paying the fee, went and pumped my tire.

Afterward, I went inside and waited politely in line. When it was my turn I told the man that I live down the street and get gas there twice a week. I said that I did not think it was very neighborly of him to intentionally trick me into paying the fee, and to lie to me and tell me he could not turn on the machine. He shrugged and said “it’s the same thing as if I would have turned it on.” Stunning logic there. 1. It was a $1 more expensive (plus the fee I’ll pay from my bank) and 2. That’s entirely not the point. You looked right at me and lied ... so I told him that and he started to wave his hands in the air and shout and curse at me and call me names, and then tell me I better never see him out, which I suppose was a threat, in front of other customers and all. So I left.

Nice place.

Edit: a gas station opened literally one block down the street with MUCH cheaper gas. Give them a shot instead. This business I guess resorts to trickery and threats of violence. Amazing

I asked the disgruntled gas attendant with a very bad attitude (Stephen), to run my payroll card for ten dollars before the gas was pumped. It was declined. I left. I subsequently checked my transactions and saw a decline for $100. I was also charged $.80 for it. I returned shortly thereafter and said "let's try it again for $10.00, not $100". He became overly defensive by yelling "are you calling me a #@% liar"? I said "no, I didn't call you a liar, but my app said it was declined for $100". Once again, he became unhinged (in front of other customers) and yelled " I don't give a @#$% what your app says". I went inside to talk to his supervisor. He followed me inside and accused me of being a "tweeker" in front of other customers, with no evidence to substantiate such an absurd claim. The problem isn't that a mistake might have been made, the problem is this individual's lack of self-control and horrible attitude. He is the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. BTW, he was on his cell phone the whole time this event happened.
