Jenny (one of the clerks) is amazing! She always has a smile and a kind word to say to the customers. It brightens your day just to see her smile. No matter how busy things are in the store, Jenny takes it all in stride and never seems to get rattled. She is very knowledgeable as evidenced by other clerks asking her questions. It's too bad that you couldn't clone Jenny because she is the kind of employee that any company dreams of employing. Please join me in thanking Jenny for her outstanding customer service!

Love this store - very clean and nice wide aisles. I have found so many cool items at this store. One of my favorite things to do is shop at this Goodwill.

This is a really nice store; big roomy isles, lotsa stuff, and friendly people. The checkout can be a little slow at times; but, hey, that's shopping. I like to stop in every once in a while, just to browse. I've never left without a purchase. Be sure to take advantage of their rewards program (and sign up online). It's nice to get rewards anywhere; but, with second hand items, it's just unbelievable.
Oh... Half the store is clothes. There's a big selection. I go for the houseware-type stuff and find neat things all the time. Don't forget to ask which color sticker is 50%-off for that week. The discount might change your mind about a certain item.
And save our landfills from things someone else might need. If your "trash" is in good condition, chances are it's someone else's "treasure." Donate goods when you visit. Get a break on your taxes. Keep the faith. Help those in need. And look around. You might find a treasure to make your own.

Be sure and ask about color of the tag for the for 50% off (was not familiar as my area doesn't). Prices are higher than my area, but good quality. Hugh store, lots of staff constantly putting out products. Well pleased with a big haul.

Always has plenty of bargains but lately the the price is too high for a lot of stuff. They need to remember that everything was donated.

I always have good luck at this location. Most items are very reasonably priced with only a few exceptions. Store is pretty well kept. Parking lot is nice and clean. Staff are mostly friendly. Probably my favorite location

Thrift shops in wealthy retirement areas are always a win. The staff were nice. The store was well maintained. I bought what I needed and then some.

Always finding great bargains there and they don't gouge prices like a few others that use eBay on items they got from free donations.

Very, very large store with items for everyone and everything. Organized well but when shopping on the shelves to the right of store/entrance you need to look behind and under for treasures. The isles are tight, only one cart is comfortable

Big, clean store with great music! I love thrift stores, but Goodwill has always been lower on my list - until this one. It's big, nice and clean and with a nice assortment of stuff. We bought everything from books and DVDs to dishes and accessories. We didn't buy clothes, but they were plentiful and nicely organized by color, as is the Goodwill way. Other customers seemed pleased as well, with small and large purchases headed out the door. For thrifters, this place is worth a visit.

Stopped in to buy a pair of jeans. Found exactly what I was looking for in my size as well. Only $6.99! Unfortunately that was the only pair that fit me. They did have a pair of leather motorcycle riding pants for only $34.00 but I would have had to have them altered as they were way too long. Great place to shop and donate.

I went in to do some quick shopping. Well I shopped and shopped and my hubby called twice. I was there 4 hours. And still didn't look at everything. So be prepared to spend some time. The prices at this location are aweome. I spent $47. And came home with....3 dress slacks. 1 beautiful sweater, 1 light weight hoodie, 1 very nice dress shirt, 2 pr of dress casual shoes, 1 silver ring and several shot glasses and coffee cup. Great place to shop.

I love Goodwill, I have the best time looking for interesting items. I am an avid reader to my son and the vintage books are so neat, to think I was read the same little Critter books and sesame Street books and what great prices. It's a very layed back environment, great music to shop to. Dressing rooms are kept up and it didn't take much time to ring out.

Has decent stuff although I think the Leesburg location has more/better selection of what I personally look for but there's not much they can do about that. The manager is great and the young blonde cashier is even better, she's very friendly, but, there's an older lady who was working the night shift on the Sunday I went who was extremely rude! I wanted to exchange a jacket I bought for something a little warmer, I had a receipt and tagbut the tag wasn't attached, which she didn't even know when I first walked up to her, and the way she looked and talked to me when I told her I wanted to exchange the jacket was like I was stupid for even asking. Then she proceeded to tell me the tag had to be attached and that it couldn't be exchanged and that was final then pointed to the receipt which I assume started that. While I was browsing through the clothes I heard her scream at a child about something being glass and to not touch it and when the younger girl went up to her she very loudly started saying well she shouldn't be touching it that it could've broke and hurt her etc. That being said she was right in her intentions I suppose but her execution was poor, she didn't need to scream at the child or pretty much yell about her feelings on the situation to the other employee. Mind you I was near the bedding area in the far left corner of the store and she was near the toy/ dressing room area which is almost the complete other side of the store and I heard almost everything she had said clearly. As the store closed I asked the younger employee ( the friendly girl) about my exchange, since my daughter had found a jacket that she really needed and instead of turning me away like the other did, she called the manager and he was kind enough to help me out which was greatly appreciated! Thank you my daughter loves her jacket and she is nice and warm now!

Goodwill is awesome! I get most of my t-shirts from here. My fiance buys lots of jewelry and resells it. We come here at least once a week. Is give it 20 stars if I could. Jewelry prices are a little steep though.

This Goodwill store has lots of good items and great pricing. Bought equipment for a person with disabilities at a remarkable price. Needed some cleaning and disinfecting, and voila good as new! :)
