Tejal India Grocery

I often go to Tejal for fresh Indian vegetables and groceries, and it's been a pretty nice experience over the past few months. The veggies are consistently fresh with a great variety available, and the prices are quite reasonable. The owner is super friendly and always eager to assist and respond to any needs. I'm pretty sure that as long as I'm in Boulder, Tejal will be my go-to spot for all Indian groceries, and I highly recommend it to others too.

I stopped by here without knowing much about Indian food, the selection seems very good and the prices were very reasonable. I got some snack type foods to try and was delighted by all of them. So many fun sweets I had never experienced. They also had a selection of unique produce items and vast dairy selection. There is a whole isle of spices and all sorts of interesting grocery items like sauces that I can’t wait to explore. The employees were friendly and helpful

Wife and I come here for any Indian food we need. Has more than most other stores and is super helpful in getting what we need. Even if you are not looking for a indian meal ot is worth it to check the store out, lots of variety.

We stopped in today for the first time for some specialty ingredients - I can’t believe we’ve never come here before! This store has a great selection and is well organized with a flow that makes sense. The selection of spices and dried goods is amazing! I can’t believe how much variety there is in such a small shop. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. This will be a regular stop for us.

Excellent excellent excellent! Anything you could ever wish for or want or order at an Indian or Pakistani restaurant is here. Vast quantities and options and it's so much fun cooking and paying a fraction of what you would at a restaurant. Super friendly owner operator very helpful! Looking forward to going back.

Best grocery for all of your Indian food needs. The NEW owner is so kind and helped me find of all the ingredients I was looking for. I am new to cooking Indian cuisine and she helped me find everything on my list. They have fresh specialty produce as well. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. She said Saturday’s was a the best day to come and get fresh tropical fruits. Very affordable too!

I noticed this, and the reviews noting a new owner, just recently. I gave it a try, as it's a little closer to home than the store I have used before. I am thrilled! The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked with a good variety of products. I was particularly happy to find some fresh items in the fridge that I had been unable to buy elsewhere. And, as others had mentioned, the owner was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely my new Indian grocery.

I love this place. I wanted to make butter chicken for the first time and the woman working helped me find the ingredients on my list and recommended other products to me as well. She was so helpful and really took the time to walk me through the aisles to find what I was looking for. They have all the things you need to make authentic Indian dishes.

Great little store to get essential items. I discovered Tejal about a month ago while seeking puja items. I did find what I was looking for and so much more!. This little gem offers all sorts of authentic food, fresh food as well as clothing and jewelry. From Punjabi food to simple biscuits. The new owner is wonderful and very friendly. Highly recommended please stop by and have a look around.

This is my favorite Indian grocery store in the Denver metro region. This shop always has what I need for Indian cooking. Great selection of masalas, dals, frozen breads, vegetables and more. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and I love to chat with them at the register when I'm there. I'm so grateful for this shop!

Ashika is the owner and the friendly knowledgeable face that greets you upon arrival. This store is sure to satisfy your Indian/Desi needs and it has been my experience that Ashika is also very open to request for additional supplies. Give it a shot, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

This is our go to places for spices, fresh okra and green chillies, indian paratha and yogurt, and Indian snacks and dessert in Thornton, CO. The owner is a nice lady, who treats customers well.

The place has a variety of stuff from spices to rice, dessert, and snacks and to household items.

Small but they have all the spices and veg you'll need for traditional indian food. Owners also friendly and helpful...ask if you need advice in a recipe. It's great to have these resources in the community. Found everything I needed for a tofu makhni from scratch and spice quality was really good.

Great store! Well stocked with some of my favorite brands, and the produce looks good and there's more selection than some other Indian stores I've visited.

The place is easy to find, easy to get to (just off I-25 and 104th Ave); occasionally parking is an issue but usually not. They are open seven days a week. The owner, Ashika, is very professional, helpful and can find items for you. The variety is surprisingly good for a store with a small footprint. The only reason I don't go there weekly is because I live outside the Denver area.
