King Soopers

Even tho the florist or balloon employee wasn't on duty, someone helped fill the balloons. The flower section had excellent selections of bouquets and fresh flowers! Perfect for holidays or birthday or just because. Wonderful depth! Groceries had great choices. Holiday section was excellent too!! Love this store.

On the morning of the 15th I stopped by this location where I came across an elderly woman who had parked her vehicle in the middle of the aisle instead of her spot. She mentioned that she had gotten lost when she was driving and seem to be having an issue trying to park her van. I parked it for her and got her to go inside where I contacted King Soopers management. Victoria was the manager who responded. I explained to her the situation and said that we should probably call law enforcement because I didn’t think it was a great idea for the woman to try to drive home. Victoria immediately got a hold of Thornton PD who arrived quickly and got a hold of the her husband so he could come and take her home. The staff at this particular King Soopers has always been great and Victoria is no exception thank you for your help today.

I was looking everywhere for some Chile for my Chile beans. The employees went over and beyond to help me. Thank you to the meat department for finding it in the back for me. Customer service is always the key to my happiness. Thank you. Even the young man working the self checkout lane was very helpful.

If you want friendly service don't come to this kingsoopers they will not say thank you and please come again.

I went to this King Soopers specifically to buy my neighbor a bouquet of flowers for her anniversary a few days ago. This nice lay in the floral department, named Squeeky offered to help me. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I asked if they had a clearance section of flowers. Not only did Squeeky go above and beyond in helping me, but she freshly cut the flowers, re-wrapped them in special tissue and put a beautiful bow around the big bouquet, and didn't charge me anything extra for the all the extra "touches". She was so friendly, and just made MY DAY, even though the flowers weren't even for me. I highly recommend this floral department, and ask for Squeeky. She genuinely cares about people and loves what she does!

This is by far my favorite grocery store in the area. Reasonable prices, good selection, friendly staff. My husband teases me because I know the names of some of the cashier's but we've been shopping here for years and I love the crew! (Shout out to Michael (now a manager), Ricky, Katie, Elijah and others for always providing great customer service). I also think the organization of this location makes much more sense than other groceries in the area.

Sarah just help me with curbside pick up today and she was so polite and helpful. Thank you so much Sarah! You rock.

It's got lots of things the other stores don't have it's a great place

I had been shopping at a different Soops location that was just a terrible mess. People complaining and giving bad reviews to this location don’t seem to understand that EVERYWHERE is understaffed right now. The quality of produce here is a billion times better than the Soops on 88th. This location is cleaner, brighter, and has employees who are SO much nicer. I have a hard time getting myself out to go shopping and I had a great time coming in to this store, it was very enjoyable. The shelves were fully stocked, and again the produce was just fine, and the employees were friendly. Those who complain should try the other location to see just how good this location is. I will be making the extra drive time to come here from here on out.

We love going to this King Soopers. The service here is fast. When we checkout, the Associates always greet us. The Associate at Self Checkout was helpful and helped us scan items. The store is clean and organized. We like shopping here during the day, and night. The fruits and vegetables here are fresh. The meat department was clean and fresh. All other areas were clean and it was easy to find what we needed.

Honestly, I worked for King Soopers elsewhere (another state), and was not too happy. But as a customer, I like most of the locations very much.

This one: Nice folks, decent staff. I had a good experience at the pharmacy - very caring staff. I had another good experience with staff later on too.

I do recommend them.

Personally I've never shopped for groceries at this location but I have been to hot foods for lunch and I must say the food is delicious and always fresh at lunch time. Also the staff who works in deli/hot foods is wonderful, all employees are very friendly and helpful! As long as you keep the staff and good food I'll keep dropping by for lunch!

I come here often because it’s close to work during the day and on my way home from work. I have had the most amazing service lately. Tonight, I had a cashier named Ethan. Ethan was super friendly, and seemed like he enjoyed his job. I rarely leave reviews, but I was dreading going to the store tonight and he made my crazy day seem not so bad because of how nice and personable he was. Thanks Ethan T.

I have been shopping here for over 40 years. My favorite team member is Rebecca. She is absolutely the most helpful, friendly checker to date. Her customer service is so superb that I only like to shop this King Soopers even though there are more modern stores close by.

When I walked this particular King Soopers I was pleasantly surprised at how organized and clean it was. Walking thru the aisles was a pleasure with the larger than usual wider ailes where you could actually step back to see all the possible choices. As I was paying for my groceries I took the time to tell the manager on duty what a great store it was and a great experience. He and the cashier were both very pleasant and friendly and you could tell the enjoyed working there. GREAT PLACE!!!

Probably the best King Soopers market in all over Colorado. Perfect produce section with very fresh fruits and veggies. I don't think I've ever seen such a clean and nice store anywhere else. Especially love their organic leeks. Keep it up.

I have been going to this store for years. Tonight was really bad weather and I needed food for my kids since they are having a snow day tomorrow. My cashier was Rebecca F and I really appreciate the experience she gave me. I was pretty shocked by her generousity because people like that don't come into my life very often. I had my daughter with me and I explained the situation to her and made sure that she knew there is still good people in the world! Thank you so much Rebecca, I hope you get recognized for this outstanding customer service.
