Whales Island Shoppes Inc

There was a large variety of the usual tourist souvenirs including t-shirts and the items you would expect to see at a Wings, but I really enjoyed the detailed decor. This place is way more unique than your typical beachwear tourist trap store that you see in this area, and we spent a lot of time shopping here. I would definitely come back and recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

A very nice and clean place, definitely been run through by tourists. I really feel bad for the employees, only two of them in there, shelves were a mess because of rude tourists who just threw stuff there. I’m very glad we stopped, typical beach store. Definitely worth a visit, Whales are always nice places to stop at.

They have just about anything you could think of for the beaches- swimsuits, sunblock, hats, glasses, clothes, novelty and gifts, and the decor ROCKS! And I don't understand why people are saying they don't have a public bathroom ? I'm writing this review right from their bathroom 🤣

Huge selection and the prices aren't bad. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for. I bought The wrong size tee shirts and didn't have any trouble exchanging them the next day. There are no refunds, only store credits but that was fine since I just needed different sizes.

Definitely the nicest beach shop I've visited. Atmosphere is much more welcoming, family friendly, and overall better than others. Prices are pretty competitive, though some things are a little more expensive. Everything seems to be higher quality, would definitely recommend.

Loved this place ❤❤ A guy across the street at another store became very rude with us right before we checked out so we decided to put our things down and come here. Best choice we’ve made !! Davon Greeted us as we walked in and helped us with whatever choice we wanted to make on buying their items ! Would definitely recommend coming here instead of Bargain Beachwear !

They have everything for your beach needs. You gotta look deep in the store and look at all the cool nostalgia items too. We visited the store with 1301 in the address. Store staff were very helpful with our questions.

Had fun with Christine, she kept the store open so we could do some last minute shopping, lots to choose from in the XL dept.

These guys are always so nice. We are locals so we stop here often for beach stuff. Decent prices, even for a tourist shop. Love the nostalgic area too!
