John Paul was so helpful in trouble shooting an issue that we tried to resolve for 2 weeks with customer support over the phone and in person at another location. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

Jacob provided me with outstanding customer service, particularly since I have had problems with my phone. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend coming to this store and requesting his services.

Had issues with voice mail, Ryan assisted in resolving the issue above and beyond. At the same time Ryan also walked my wife through setting up iPhone 14 and Apple Watch with patience. Ryan is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Purchased phone there 3 years ago. Delighted with the service then; so I went back to purchase again. Skillfully and kindly answered questions, making suggestions without making me feel pressured to purchase products or services. Decided to purchased new phone and experienced their above and beyond service transfering my information and teaching me uses on my new phone. What service!!! It would be silly to go anywhere else to get a phone!

Jacob at ATT Topsham unlocked my wife’s phone which was confused between Apple passwords. He is knowledgeable, gracious, and applied his skill effortlessly to get her phone unlocked and and restored from ICloud.

They set my up with direct TV stream. Not only did they help me save money, they set everything up for me. Great, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Best AT&T store around.

Eddie helped my aunt and I upgrade both of our phones. My aunt was getting an iPhone for the first time and she had lots of questions. Eddie was extremely patient, answered every single one of our questions, went above and beyond to make sure that my aunt felt comfortable with everything and also made some thoughtful recommendations that ended up being helpful for her in the long run. We never felt rushed at any point or pressured at any point. Thank you so much, Eddie, for taking such good care of us!

Danielle and Ryan are TREASURES. I can't begin to explain the amount and scope of trouble I was in with my phone, but they were so, so smart and skilled, and kind and went over and above what could reasonably be expected of them to solve my problems. I will never go to another at&t store - this is where the dream team is! Highly recommend.

After having little luck with the rep over the phone,who had no idea what the promos were, I was delighted by a phone call to the Topsham location where a man named Ryan helped me determine I would benefit greater by just coming into the store and he was right. I always end up in there longer than I would like, but Ryan was Great 👍 Highly recommend and Thanks again for your help
