Great help. I just walked in and got all the help I could want. Had tires in stock I needed. Didn't know they swap them if you have off bike. Was a great help for the extra $20. Quick and easy balance compared to the other localish shop that takes forever and complains.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m just getting back into riding after a 11yr layoff. They showed my all the helmet and gear options (and functions) in my budget. I used to frequent this store when I previously rode, and it’s nice to have one local.

I had a great experience at this store. Long overdue for a new helmet, the guys there were very helpful and no pressure. Trying on many helmets in different sizes and brands let me compare and find the best fit and features. I thought I wore a Large but ended up with a Medium. You want it quite snug to start with as it will loosen up during break in. Very happy, great price, and great color match to my bike. Thanks Cycle Gear in Greenville!!

1 st visit was terrific. Purchased a high end helmet to be delivered to me and will gladly drive back 40 mi to have my Sena 50 s system installed. Very Helpful indeed!!

Great place! Awesome employees, everyone is always super friendly. It's a bit cramped inside but don't let that deter you. It's worth the hour drive for me to be able to try stuff on and make sure it fits right.

My family and I arrived to shop and test-fit helmets for my wife and I on a slow afternoon, and we were met by a helpful young man who gave us no pressure and lots of time. We figured out what sizes we needed, and while not in stock at the store, we ordered the two correct size lids from CG online that evening. I went back two days later to pick up the K&N oil filter my wife’s bike needed for the upcoming oil change, and the store manager gave us a bunch of Roadracing World magazines to take with us. Had a great couple of visits.

I went in the store to buy a phone holder for my motorcycle and was greeted with professionalism. The two employees helped me install the phone holder and explained how to mount and unmount my phone. These guys went the extra mile to ensure my customer satisfaction!!

Brand new to riding and had no idea where to start with a helmet. Talked to Ryan and he was super helpful and informative about all the important aspects and features to pay attention to. He helped me pick an amazing helmet that is comfortable and looks great. He even helped me with picking some gloves and gave some recommendations on other products. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Not the widest selection versus stores near Atlanta, but .. it's them only game in town that knows how to properly service motorcycle enthusiasts needs for gear, tires, helmets, etc.

The employees at Cycle Gear of Greenville are awesome! They are very helpful and even gave me a hand with a dead battery issue I had on a bike I rode to the store on.

Very helpful.. walked me through the store to find items on my list that I needed to service my Harley. The size air and oil filter I needed, they did not have in store, but he placed the order for me and they will be delivered to my house in NC. Very friendly staff!!

Excellent customer service. I was asked if I needed help within 2 mln. Of walking in the door. The salesman was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping select the correct helmet for me.
