Rite Aid

A huge thank you to the woman working the telephone in the pharmacy around 7 pm tonight. I was a panicked mess over my son's diabetes medication being out and expired insurance. She was super calm, kind, and most importantly helpful! We have the next couple weeks of life saving medication figured out and I couldn't be more grateful.

The associates at this store are always really kind and helpful! Clean and organized. Good sale prices in aisle 17!!

Relatively newly remodeled RiteAid pharmacy. Large selection of everything that you would expect to find at a pharmacy.

The Keizer post office is directly next door.

Very nice to come in and get my vaccination, the person giving the shot was so sweet!!! I had a lot of questions and I was nervous, but she stopped and looked at me, took off her gloves and took my hand and said, "Don't worry. I've told you everything to possibly expect. You honestly have nothing to worry about." That's when it happened. I started to cry. And boy oh boy, the day after, I slept that whole day. Thanks Rite Aid for putting my mine at ease.

We all know things can go wrong, and we get frustrated, somethings are out of people’s control. However, When you hit a breaking point you hope to have someone willing to help!! Angela (Angie) is amazing and probably the best employee at this pharmacy! The experience dealing with filling prescription with different moving pieces the doctors office, the insurance company and the pharmacy was a nightmare. To make a very long story short, Angie, took the frustration of the customer side, was compassionate, showed empathy and worked towards a solution. Angela is outstanding. Restored my faith! Thank you for kindness and understanding.

How refreshing to get such friendly and prompt service! I’d just had a terrible experience at the Keizer Walgreen’s. I still needed a few items so stopped in here and what a difference! Beautiful store, great selection, super friendly and courteous staff. You won my loyalty—wish I’d come in here much sooner!

I mostly use Rite Aid for the pharmacy and the line is never very long. I get quick and friendly service every time I pick up prescriptions or buy a few things like vitamins or candy. Nice folks work there and always helpful.

I was in a tough situation and needed some diaper rash cream for my daughter. My mask was in my other car and had both kids asleep in my truck. I asked a man walking in if he could grab it for me, I handed him cash to pay for it and as he walked away I caught a glimpse of a name tag. His name was Jeff and he was an employee I would guess was getting back from break. A few minutes later he walks back out with what I needed and my change even though I told him to keep it. Thank you Jeff for your kindness and help today!

The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy is quick and responsive to any issues.

I couldn't quite figure out how to leave a review that I could live with because. my wife and I use this pharmacy and other shopping but my wife uses the restroom every time we pick up meds she says it's her weak bladder. Anyway she used or tried to use the ladies room but there was a foul smell and urine all over the toilet seat. The sink had something nasty in it

Outstanding customer service!!! Judy always greets me by my name. I do not know her outside of shopping there. That's pretty amazing!

I have shopped at Rite Aid even before it was Rite Aid and have never had a problem. That's 44 years of loyalty because they have been the best for me!

I was having a horrible day stopped in to riteaid for a few things couldnt find them sheila the manager went over and beyond to help me and so super friendly really turned my day around thank you sheila for the great customer service and just being a nice person it is very much appreciated
