I had no trouble during my first and only visit. It was well stocked and clean. The store was rather empty, and the cashiers were nice and helpful.

Mia was super nice and so helpful to my daughter and I. She went out of her way to help my daughter and left a huge positive impression on her. Thank you again!!

I was given incorrect information from another pharmacy and ended up driving a ways to this one and what I needed was not there but Camille the pharmacist went out of her way and found me a CVS where they actually had the prescription I needed. Thank you so much Camille for going above and beyond.

The store was well stocked, clean and the clerks were very friendly. I was new to the area and they helped find the items I needed.

i am going to be honest i saw the one star reviews and was a bit concerned but i went and i don’t see the reason for them. The workers were attentive and answered my questions about the printers in a nice manner especially for it being almost 11:30 at night.

The staff here at the pharmacy are so kind and helpful. They definitely went above and beyond to help me get fit in for a Covid vaccine whenninhave had such trouble at other vaccinations locations. I appreciate all they do!

Went to the pharmacy tonight to get a booster shot. Despite being very busy, Marie took the time to answer all my questions and was a great help. Best of the pharmacy staff! Thank You Marie!!!

This is my local store- Customer service could be better-Linda is unkind and her attitude needs some work sometimes.

Store is clean/organized HOWEVER Horrible Customer Service. I simply was inquiring where I would find the Covid test as I had not been in that store before. The pharmacist argued that she didn’t think they had any. Even tho they had them available to purchase per online & I wanted to check. she finally says in the front. I don’t see any thing in “the front “ of medical items. I started asking the front cashier, so I showed her the pic of what I needed & she said she had them and instead of providing the $10 test I asked for she gave me a $24 test and said you can just get a refund from your insurance. I asked again if they had the $10 one & she said yes, yet wouldn’t give it to me. It’s no ones business to decide what I can/can’t afford etc. This is why I switched to Walgreens years ago & NOTED not to ever go back to CVS for Anything!

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the cashier to pharmacy all the way up to the manager. Wouldn’t even try to look up the problem. Tried scanning the insurance card didn’t work. He came said it’s not working ask him to try again to try and figure it out. He said. I will try one more time and he did. It didn’t work. He said look it’s not working turning the screen around. Than walked away and the cashier followed. What a way to lead by example. So we went to the pharmacist to cash out since we were buying Tylenol for the kids. She said oh this won’t work. The doctor has to fill out an order. Like really. It’s over the shelf. Very very bad never going there again.

They need to teach customer service to their pharmacy staff because they lack proper patient care and have rude attitudes! A baby needs her prescription and the pharmacy staff acts as if she doesn’t have insurance and making them pay out of pocket because the dad didn’t have physical card! When Drs send prescription directly to pharmacy they can see the insurance information! Or they could easily verify in Ahhcs website but they are acting like I dont know that! My biggest issue is the nasty attitudes I continually run into with these pharmacy workers who are just rude and need a new job out of customer care! The CVS commercials are not whats in the actual stores! They suck! Walgreens has actual customer service. Walmart does too but CVS never fails me with the attitude their pharmacy employees have! Get them in customer service training again!
