O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went to have my battery changed on my Escalade and had went to another location and they claim they could not change my battery. Arrived at O’Reilly and Devon went above and beyond to help make sure I had the right battery and changed it for me. I took him about 45 minutes but he was patient and nice and we worked together to get the job done smoothly and quickly. I appreciate great customer service and would definitely recommend this O’ Reilly. Thanks again Devon

Really great experience at this location. I came in to get a second opinion about why my check engine light came on. When I entered the store I was greeted happily and the young lady at the counter ran codes with a great attitude. She even presented me with things that could fix the issue before replacing expensive parts. I was really grateful for her and her knowledge because I was able to save a lot of money with her feedback. Check engine light is off!! This was a much better experience than the other location where the guy only gave me the expensive solution as the only solution. Thank you for hiring quality and thoughtful employees.

Tailor was extremely helpful when I came in feeling overwhelmed because I know nothing about cars. She took her time to not only show me but put the windshield wipers on correctly. We ran into an issue because my car wouldn't go into service mode and she was very kind and quick to put them on once we figured out how to get my wipers to stay up. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As we say I'm the Army "promote ahead of peers" ! I don't often leave reviews but this young lady really helped me out with something that may seem so minor to others.

Unfortunately had battery issues, Mr Jay was Very Very even loaned me jumper cables, Thank You Very Much

Auto parts are auto parts. It's close to home, they usually have what I need. If not, there's a few other auto parts stores within a couple miles. Ordering online and picking up in store is much faster.

They went above and beyond. The employees here have always gone out of there way to assist me with my mechanical needs.

Let me tell you something these guys at o'reilly's off of Dysart road and Indian school know they're stuff. Went in there and was pleasantly greeted by the manager who Nick always has a smile on his face every time I come in there. Which makes me wanna come back to his store. HIs customer service etiquette is top tier. His coworker logan knows his stuff. I had a problem with my power steering hose from my jeep and logan went to work. I mean he went above and beyond and help me solve my issue. I left o'reilly's appreciated and satisfied. These guys are top notch point blank period. I'm letting you guys know this is the best o'reilly's in The Valley. You don't believe me , come Check these guys out you won't leave disappointed.

They do a very good job at taking care of my auto needs... provide discounts for the military and give coupons for other items throughout the year.

Such awesome employees to deal with.. Logan went above and beyond to get me parts even though he wasn't making any money from the sale.. he sent his driver (Arie who also appreciated) to a dealer to get me a part to get me back on the road same day. I was originally helped by an inexperienced employee due to it being his first day. I nicely asked for a more knowledgeable employee and the gentleman was so helpful and knowledgeable. He (I wish I remembered his name) explained all the differences to me and what would work best for my car. He knew I needed the part asap so he got the part delivered from the main warehouse in 2 hours from when I requested it. He even gave me a courtesy call to let me know it got there and was ready for pickup. Thank you very much!!
