Didn't even need to look at the drink menu because I was helped so quickly and efficiently

I used to work here, so maybe I’m biased, but this is my favourite Starbucks by far. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Once I was having an absolutely awful day and one of the staff members was kind enough that it turned my day completely around and gave me will to live. Always grateful for these curious coffee people.

Ordered using app online, and picked up at drive-thru. My hubby ALWAYS gets the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher (Ha! Thanks to ME!) w/ 2 limes, and 2 scoops of strawberries, no water, light ice. The drinks were ready when we pulled straight through the drive. We both noticed the drink did not look like what it was supposed to look like. So, the Barista, Craig, double-checked and noticed they added water. He re-made the drink for us, and asked if it looked right, and it did. He gave us the other drink as well! Fast, friendly service, as expected!!

Updating an older review. The service is so much better here, compared to the Luke Starbucks just a couple blocks away from us. I regularly drive 10-15 min out of my way just to order at this one because the baristas are so friendly and the drinks are prepared well. I always feel welcome.

So something really simple like getting my name made me laugh inside! No one ever spells my name right and BAM there it was ALLYSON just how I spell it and I didn't even tell him! 5 stars and 5 thumbs up! 😄

I meant to write this 2 weeks ago but I was s liitle under the weather. This location on Litchfield & Camelback is my favorite! The staff always has a smile ready for me, when I pull up to the drive thru window. Any time I am wanting to try something new, the barista always has several delectable suggestions! The young lady (I wrote her name down & misplaced it )🤫 that helped me this day, was so very friendly and attentive! You did not have Thanksgiving blend in at this time but she suggested the Holiday blend and asked if I would like to sample it! WoW! So very nice of her! Thank you for always welcoming me with such positive attitudes! This is why this SB remains as my favorite location! 😊

Wednesday, November 23 at 4 PM, I had the best white chocolate mocha, iced with almond milk, then I had in a long time. Whoever made my order did a great job and I want to say thank you.

Nice place to hang out and enjoy a Irish cold brew.

The service was good and the bathrooms were clean. Our large order came out perfectly! Plenty of seating available.

Fabulous customer service, very clean and bathroom has HOT water! I will definately come back ☕🥰

Mercedes was AMAZING! She helped replace my order after such a busy rush with no hesitation or worry. Showed a true example of patience in a busy atmosphere and you can tell she loves her job!

My coffee order isn't very difficult, yet before moving to this area what I received was inconsistent at best. This location ALWAYS gets my order correct.💜😍
My 5* rating is because of overall service. There's a 100 Starbucks within 5 miles 🤣 of this area but they are ALL always busy! All of the baristas here imo, are just the right amount of friendly and don't over do it like some coffee shops. ☺ Which in turn helps efficiently. I've never waited more then 5 min here for my mobile order, and that happened once maybe twice. 👏👏 Some of the baristias know me by name which makes them awesome and myself fell welcome. The fact that this holds true for at least 2 other locations in the area reflects on me. 😐

Best staff ever. Hyper-efficient and friendly ('real' friendly, not in-your-face-bright-as-artificial-sunshine friendly like the bigwigs at Dutch Bros forces their people to be). Never gotten my order wrong in the slightest. Of all the Starbucks locations in all of Phoenix and all of Arizona (and frankly, other locations in other states), the team at Litchfield/Camelback is my favourite.

Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming! The environment is usually busy but very lively for a coffee shop! They always make my drinks just right, as well!

The employees were very friendly and made the drinks well! I ordered the pumpkin spice frappucino and white chocolate mocha frappucino and they were great!

I asked them to surprise me and I got an amazing drink. I will definitely be back.

This is my favorite location in the valley. I love coffee and while Starbucks most definitely isn’t the best cup, the staff make up for it with friendliness and great service. It’s quite rare in most establishments to have great service with a smile at 5 am opening but that’s what you get here.

Love this Starbucks. Line moves quickly, friendly, know-your-name, kind of professional service. Totally worth the extra drive to get there... or for that only-have-a- few extra minutes to get coffee, not an extra 20 minutes early!

Very cute little place. Nice clean outdoor seating and great service. Kudos to Bre the cashier. Super nice, very patient, probably the best customer service I've had in a while. This girl deserves recognition. Thank you Bre. You rock!
