AT&T Store

Kolton and Jon were so so great with me!! Will be sharing with my friends. Go to this store they are they are great!

Recently had to use the store in Brunswick manned by a very knowledgeable, professional, and patient young man named Ryan. He is a one-man show currently and despite a full store with a line of people waiting he made sure everything was attended to for everyone. Am hopeful he has some more help now as he is an excellent employee with exceptional customer service skills.

Steve was excellent! Was out of town and was having issues with my phone after dropping it. Steve was able to help quickly and efficiently and I left with a new iPhone in under an hour!

Ashlee was simply amazing! His friendliness, willingness to help and product knowledge was exceptional. He was working alone and was able to help 4 customers at the same time without delay. We have not had this level of service maybe ever. He is a keeper and a model for what others should aspire to be!

Steve and Jordan were incredibly helpful and solved my discount issue within five minutes. Best service I've had with an AT&T store in my lifetime!

Could not be more pleased with my recent experience at the Brunswick store. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and fun. Setting up a new device can be time consuming, but Sam made it informative and pleasurable. His attention to detail was reassuring. Highly recommend!

Sam at the Brunswick Cooks Corner Store was an excellent customer service provider. He was patient and answered all my questions, made helpful suggestions without me feeling like he was trying to up sell me. I was dreading going because of friends having bad customer experiences there however mine was great. I feel like I could go back with the new phone anytime and get further help with tech questions from Sam!

Nick and his team at the AT&T store in Brunswick provide phenomenal service. Not only is this the best AT&T store that I have ever transacted with, but Nick and team are among the best service providers in any line of business that I have encountered. And I am not the easiest of customers! They go out of their way to help, find solutions, and provide advice. They were incredibly helpful in cleaning up some messes that the AT&T call center created on my account. I won't go anywhere else now.

Samuel Dalot at Brunswick is a great rep & being a store Manager of a different location in the past I was impressed with the amount of knowledge he had when he told me this is his third week on the job & seeing how quickly he was able to problem solve his way through the software on the iPad i was impressed! I did a upgrade today with Sam great job! I will be back to this store for future business keep up the great work!

Ashlee waited on me March 17 at the store in Brunswick Maine . She met me at the door at 12:00 which was my appt time. She assisted with 2 phone upgrades for myself and my husband. She was very courteous and friendly and explained every detail and all my options. She was amazing in the store staff were all very friendly. I have always had good luck with this AT&T store and I love my AT&T phone service.

Brittany Churchill at the Brunswick location helped me and My experience was one of the most informative, easy and all around best experiences in a store I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable about all products, awesome to talk to and was even able to save me money. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for her.

Dee Sims and Brittany Churchill were very knowledgeable. I walked in with a few questions but had a good idea of what phone I wanted and they helped me make a final decision. The best part was that I was in and out of the store with a new phone in about 20 mins. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Dee, Ashlee, Sam and the entire team at Brunswick’s AT&T are an absolute pleasure to work with. Back in April of 2019, after being disappointed by the service being provided “across the street”, I visited Dee and the team to move our relationship to AT&T (seven lines) the experience that was seamless and the service was phenomenal. Today we visited the Brunswick location to add another line and we were greeted by the same great team and received the same level of service. I highly recommend paying Dee and the team a visit for all your wireless needs - keep up the great work!!
