AT&T Store

I believe Brittany was the name of the representative who assisted me but I could be wrong. All I remember is that she had red hair. Anyways, the representative provided me with the best assistance I’ve ever experienced. After jumping through hoops from t mobile who provided no assistance at all I walked in to this location was greeted very promptly by that advisor. She assisted me with undivided attention and made sure to clarify every single step that she was taking. She went through hoops that I know other advisors would never jump through simply out of laziness. I personally work in retail and am very surprised with how well this location is run and how helpful the representative was. I previously walked into the ellisville location where they were no help and were basically too lazy to fix the issues of transferring my phone and making sure my account was up and running. 11/10

Brittany is by far the most dedicated AT&T representative I’ve met. I had a complicated issue that required management approval and she had no problem reaching out, organizing and assisting me every step of the way. Even better the manager was able to help me out and take care of everything same day. The best management I’ve seen in a store. I can’t appreciate them enough, if there was ever a store worth making a trip to it’s this one. Dedication, experience, and passion make the difference. This is one of the only good experiences I’ve had in the 5 years I’ve been with AT&T.

Brittany G. is an amazing employee. I’m a first-time AT&T customer who signed up for mobile services through a third party in Target. I don’t think it was intentional, but the third party rep got me into a quite a few pickles. Unfortunately because of that, I had left feeling regretful for switching. I decided to make an appointment at the AT&T store to get things figured out. Brittany helped answer all of my questions. She literally spent two hours with me and my partner making sure we got everything sorted. I left so happy that I then decided to ditch my previous internet provider and switch to AT&T for that as well. Brittany got me all the deals she could with me being a nurse + the AT&T family discount since I now have both internet and mobile services through them. She has helped me on two separate visit occasions. By no fault of hers, I’ll be coming in for a third visit to finalize fixing some of the things the third party rep messed up—but you can bet I will be asking for Brittany’s help! I worked retail for 8 years prior to becoming a nurse and can definitely say that Brittany deserves a raise/promotion.

Jeanne was absolutely the best she made sure I left with what I needed. She went above and behind for me and she did not stop until she got the deal made. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Brittany was amazing!!! Best service I’ve received at an AT&T location ever and I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. She went above and beyond to fine a solution for my concerns! I’ve been back twice for other needs the following 2 weeks and everyone who has helped me at this store has been exceptional.

Our service representative, Brittany addressed our initial reason for being there and offered an overall better service plan for our account. My wife and I upgraded our cell phones and look to replace one Apple watch and get a second one.
Overall, it was a good and productive visit.

After coming to the store 2 times to get my upgraded phone activated properly, I decided against waiting each time due to the large number of customers who where waiting for assistance.
Finally, I caught the store on a good day and there were not many people waiting. Aja P. was the representative who took care of me.
Aja P. knows AT&T perfectly and the iPhones as well! She was of great help and knowledge to me. I truly enjoyed my visit to the store that day. She was simply incredible! AT&T certainly does not want to loose her as an employee!

BIG THANKS to Jeanne and Brittany for working through the clean-up of a mess made by another store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. Make an appointment online before you go for faster service.

Aja , was AMAZING!!! she not only helped my dad, who was visiting from out of state, she also helped me start the process to use insurance to have a replacement device for myself! My dad was seriously ready to completely leave ATT and iPhone before I took him to the best store!! He traveled 11 hrs to see me and his grandkids and he said AJA was now the reason his trip turned out the best ! Haha! But, seriously, you should be thankful for Aja and the amazing staff at this location! I'll always go there when something goes wrong!! Thanks,, Aja!! You're a national treasure!

Had a wonderful experience switching from t mobile. The nice lady Aja took care of me- very professional and efficient. Was in and out in no time. I’ve heard switching can take a while but if you ask for Aja she’ll have you in and out in no time.

Brittany and D were incredible. I brought my immigrant client in, who does not have a SSN yet to set up new service. Brittany and D were patient, kind and understanding. It took us over 2 hours and multiple phone calls to the help line but Brooke got us taken care of and even helped start the transfer of data from their old phones to the new ones. I greatly appreciate their time in helping us settle this family to STL!

The manager at this AT&T store is amazing. She is so polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure myself and my mother were totally satisfied from start to finish. When someone answers your questions before you can even ask, you know you’re in the right hands.

Stopped in to fix a data issue with my son's iPad. Not only did I get greeted right away, I also received assistance promptly from the Store Manager Andrew. I had no doubt that he understood my issues but possessed the skill set and knowledge to address them thoroughly and accurately. I enjoyed the encounter so much so that I may consider switching some of my prepaid services for some of the post paid options he presented.
