Ashley at the Valley Park location was amazing. She greeted us, and when she found out that we just wanted to look around on our own, she immediately set us free to do so. When we were ready for help, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our experience with her, and will certainly seek her out when we're ready to make another purchase.

Want to share our excellent customer service we received . When we went to the Valley Park showroom we met our salesperson, Andrew, by mere chance and did we find the right person . He asked the important questions with ZERO high pressure then went about showing us our options . We found our living room furniture then on a subsequent visit we sought his advice on an area rug as to if it would match the palette of our accent wall. While the rug we decided on it wasn’t in stock Andrew was able to locate one and when we received it the advice he shared was spot on .
We received our furniture and at the offset it didn’t have the same feel as the one in the showroom so we returned on January 6th to share our concerns . He shared that the showroom item was a sleeper sofa and the sit would feel different with the one we chose . In retrospect we recalled he DID share with us the difference in feel between the two items . We were asked if the sleeper was the item we preferred and through his efforts it was able to be exchanged . We went in a Saturday which is a busy time and the customer service office was naturally busy . In his efforts to make sure the exchange could be accomplished he solicited the assistance of store manager Mike Loewstein and between these to gentlemen’s extra effort we were able to have our wishes met AND exceeded. In today’s world where customer service often times is an afterthought they went above and beyond . If you want great value , pricing and quality this is the place we recommend but if for some reason your still not sure to shop with Carol House the excellent quality service they provide will and should seal the deal ! Much thanks to Andrew and Mike for their efforts and look forward to future purchases there .

We were looking for a sofa sleeper and a possible bunkbed. We ran into Drake at Carol house after visiting Macy's with no luck. Drake was very helpful in locating a reasonable and comfortable sofa sleeper. The Bauhaus Mist Sofa sleeper. It was the right size for our small chalet and on sale, too. We mentioned a bunkbed that we liked . We will be back soon to check out the bunkbed. The only unfortunate issue is the supply chain issue with the sofa and that item will be backorder till October. Maybe the bunkbed will be in stock when we go back?

Today Carol House delivered our new bunkbed to our chalet at the Village of Innsbrook. Stephanie the logistics coordinator sent 3 awesome delivery men. They arrived right at the scheduled time. I was their first stop of 5 in Warren/ Wentville area. I noticed our property number was missing so I went to meet them at the top of the hill. The truck they used was a very large longer trailer that was bigger than the average 5 ton truck. A challenge for the driver on these Innsbrook roads. I would suggest a smaller box truck for these type of deliveries. The delivery men were fantastic, very courteous ,and professional all in a threating severe, thunderstorm weather event. Awesome all around. Great job again Carol House

I only buy my furniture from Carol House. They have quality furniture that lasts for years. Name brands. Sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy. Free delivery is also a plus.

Great place nice store and a great selection of furniture and some occasional lamp fixtures and lamps. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us pick some furniture we were looking for 5 star.

A family owned store with friendly staff to show and tell you all about their wonderful products. Large selection of home goods that will sure to please your tastes and comfort. Andrew (Valley Pk) worked with us all aspects of the sale working a good deal and explaining all features/services fully.

Looked at 3 other stores and 1 on line for sofa, love seat and recliner set. Basically all the same things. I thought, ok I'm gonna look at Carol House. I knew if anyone would have something different they would. You walk into a beautiful, easy to find store. I went to the Valley Park location. There are so many beautiful things there. The staff are very nice, helpful and not pushy. The woman we had was so patient and stayed with us for about 3 hours. Of course she wanted the sale, that's her livelihood but she was a really nice person. And yes, I did find a sofa set that I hadn't seen anywhere before and it is so comfortable. They have high quality furniture makers. Very reasonable pricing. Free delivery and set up which some other stores charge almost $300.00. I'm going back to look at other pieces for my living room and they'll be my go to store for my house interior rehab.

Beginning to end - phenomenal experience! Man they runs tight ship at Carol House, and it shows in every part of the buying experience! Judy was amazing, she was helpful and thoughtful and took her time to show me exactly what I needed. They called to confirm the order, called to give me notice they were coming, and the delivery guys were amazing!! They were so careful, kind, and just fantastic. I was so impressed with the whole experience.

Though we haven't received our furniture yet as we just ordered it today, I just wanted to give praise to the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The purchase process was a breeze and there was no pressure. I've already recommended the Flexsteel Zero Gravity set that we purchased today to someone else.

We recently purchased a Sectional and chair and could not be happier! The quality is exceptional, the staff were very polite and helpful~ our sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their easy financing made it much more affordable than I expected and their prices were very reasonable. Both items were American made and in stock! We will definitely be returning customers in the future.

It's true. They really do have nice things and the biggest and best selection. I always price shop and check out other stores before a big purchase, and I always come back here. Wish they gave loyalty discounts :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased furniture, which I was pretty nervous about. It's a major commitment and we needed to furnish two living rooms. We purchased from Carol House Furniture - Valley Park. It took me forever to finally get the time to get into the store, so I inquired through their website and Steve replied the same day. He even text me some photos of items I described. This went on for a few days and we finally went in and ordered. This guy (Steve) has been awesome!!! We don't even have our furniture yet, but I'm bursting with gratitude and have to share.

3. Super patient with us as we went from one end of the store to the next, upstairs and down, with our 2 children. (Two rooms folks. We needed two sets of living room furniture.)
4. I had a not so great post-sale experience with someone who answered the phone at Carol House. I text Steve and asked him my question instead. He answered my question, apologized for his co-worker being rude, and said he would let his Manager know about it.
5. His Manager called me the same day to apologize for the employee and said he would use it as a learning experience. That is such a professional response! I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but as a business professional, I would want to know if someone wasn't handling themselves in the best way with customers. Again, completely impressed with how they handled this situation!
6. I received a coupon in my email from Carol House and text it to Steve to see if we would be able to get the additional savings. He honored the additional discount and said not to bother coming in. He would take care of the credit on his end.

This is the reputation that brought us into their store for our first major furniture purchase since getting married 6 years ago. We'll be Carol House customers for life!
