Big Lots

Great service and pricing. Went the other day to purchase bed and mattress and they had great deals on everything being a big lots member!!!

I love going here when I can because they always have unique stuff and stuff that I didn't know existed. This is the perfect place to get gifts too!!! I always love looking at their food section because there's always different things and cute things to make or to have. Stuff you wouldn't normally see in the grocery stores. They do always have the best seasonal things and also graphic shirts. I found some really cute ones from before. I'm sad the one closest to me closed down so I was happy I was eating at a restaurant nearby and saw this.

This Big Lots Place was Amazing this Location on Valley View and Lincoln was the Best by far !!! I went because they had the Cutest Hard Red truck gift Box 🎁. I was running Late and I was stressing because I needed to still Make Another trip to Market for Milk, bread 🍞, etc and this Store has Milk, bread , TGI Fridays Chicken Wings Honey BBQ or Buffalo also Ice Cream I bought some #1 Brand Mexican ice-cream called Mexico see pics I mean I don't eat it but my adult son's do So ayyy it's Christmas so Once a year I don't mind buying it for them. We gotta have Chile with our ice-cream. Taste it guys u will like it is Chamoy it's bomb💦Anyhow Cashier who Helped me Hispanic Middle Age was Super Nice and Professional on top of that Honest !! I didn't see Gift Box a lil broke and she Marked it down for me also cereal Box was ripped and I didn't see it because it was only a lil on side and She Marked it down. All other Big Lots I've gone to don't have groceries. They Kept me as a Regular Customer Now ❤ thanks

I am over joyed to share with you, The greatest customer service I have ever received.
A year ago I had Cancer. I recently had surgery, my mom purchased a recliner for me to use while I recovered. This chair was was amazing I loved it. Until about a yr after the purchase a big ripped had emerged on the bottom of the chair. It had ripped due to one wooden peice missing from the original deliery. It was there to support the cushion from sinking. Any way I went into this store a few weeks ago since I work near by. KYLE took my number down and had begun to help me figure out a sullution. We could not take a peice off of the floor just like that so he had worked on this for weeks. I finally went in today and he just grabbed a plank from an existing chair and gave it too me. I had receipt. But it was past its warranty. He did not have to help me. But he did. He worked on something for me and handled it like a great employee. I am so happy to have found Kyle.
And thank you so much for going above and beyond. Even when others say we cant help you. You have to go to the store you made the purchase at. Don't listen to them and you help any way you can. Thank you. I will only shop at this store.

This Big Lots location is very well organized and neat! No clutter, easy to find things. And friendly customer service representatives. The cashier, if I remember correctly her name is Delailah asked if I was able to find everything, and has a positive attitude, it's rare to get to the register and to be greeted like that! Kudos to the team at this location!

I stopped by just to pick up a nice present for my brother I was pleasantly surprised that it was so many people in the store and one cashier I was blown away by this but the variety and the store was good lots of everything I looked at whether it was sheets or towels or pillows or furniture or food the variety is there the only thing is they need to have more cashiers at hand especially when you know the store is very crowded don't know if I come back or not

Having been to Big Lots in a while, I was very impressed with the store and the online ordering. I place an online order and went to pick up and browse the store. Very neat and organize.

It has been one of the most satisfying discount stores in NY area. Although they have a bit decreased amount of products in stock, still very good.

Lots of great buys and food items not found in grocery chain stores plus small appliances housewares, sundries ,school , holiday and more. Fast checkout at the time.I Saved $5 on $15 bill due to rewards membership.

Great deals on furniture & grocery items. Have purchased Couches, Recliners, Mattresses, Dressers. Their Customer Service has always been GREAT! There will be continued business from me & my family...

What a super fun place! Please be open minded like as if you needed post cereal or something else like raisin Bran or this rtype of yum! Review the stock and I bet you almost always will be feeling just like the happiest number one winner! Went in to help my daughter find a new bed and was greeted by Sean who was so helpful and friendly.
She picked out her bed and Sean helped us lead it in our small vw.

For anything associated with householdgoods. Big Lots should be considered as your first stop. They haveeat very good priceing on everything. The one negative I would mention would be a tendency to be short staffed at the checkout register. Yes it is possible to find some things costing less elsewhere, but for overall good pricing on things from toothpaste to bath towels to walkway
lighting, Big lots is hard to beat.

This Big Lots is Hugh. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I was looking for a Sterilite 3 drawer weave storage unit in Grey to complete my set. They had them in stock and for a great price to!!! 👍👍👍
