It's McDonald's, you would think quality and service would be consistent across the chain but it's not.
This location stands out for most others.
The restaurant was very busy yet also very clean with a very professional, well organized team working. The team leaders deserve a Shout out, they are doing something right.

The food was fresh and prepared properly, this isn't always the case at other location whether they are busy or not.

If you in the mood for a quick meal I highly recommend this location.

Mcdonald's corporate should send failing managers to this location to see how things should work. This location doesn't set the example they are the example others should strive to achieve.

Very nice, fast clean and quiet. Been here a couple of times and no problems at all. Older woman took my order and got it perfect and I ask for specific stuff. 😂

Service and food were great. They were right on top of things when a spill was reported.

I think the manager was talking trash, these places are hit or miss day and shift mostly misses. This places food is great and the staff like at most not all, need to be fired, get an attitude adjustment or get paid more.

The manager Colin Crosby is so nice gave me an extra nugget every time I come through, really fast drive thru don’t know what everyone else is on about!

5 stars. Why? Because the Lord gave us a toilet. He also gave us an ability to order 38 hash browns with only an 11 minute wait time. What would life be like without our golden arches.

Exceptionally friendly! The shake machine did NOT work here, but at least the fries were hot. Get that thing fixed, please!

Dealt with Autumn. I am appalled that someone has worked with you for two years and makes less than someone coming in off the street as new crew members. She was very polite and helpful and deserves more. Nice customer service Autumn!

Ronald McDonald was in my house and the very nice callman. He told me if I drank some water it might fix the issue. So I slowly walked away from Ronald. Drank some water and he went away! However my child is missing...

The food is always prepared good! It's neat and not messy with lettuce or sauce dripping off everywhere! The fries have been a little over cooked in the past but overall the food is good!

Regardless of the time of day, I love their pancakes and cinnamon buns, and it's wonderful that I can get them any time of day or night. Quality and flavor are perfection.

Ordered with the app and waited less than 5 minutes. The food was prepared as requested (each item was customized) fresh and hot. Excelkent job!!! the best McDs in the Oxford area. Second best McDs in the state

Quick service, fresh hot and nicely prepared sandwiches. I could get used to this but I live in Southern Maine. Maybe they could come to Saco and teach them how to be so efficient.

Hot meal in power outage

The staff here is SUPER efficient, knowledgeable, (they offered us a deal that we didn't know about, and it saved us money), and friendly. I would definitely return here because of the fantastic service.

I stop here every morning on my ride to work for my ice coffee, it's so refreshing. McDonald's makes a great coffee & for way less than some of the other fast food spots.

Its attached to a gas station so thats nice. Its a newer one so it's all to date and the place is clean. Beyond that i dont know what you want. Its a McDonald's the food is fast and cheap. This one has never given me any trouble.

Extremely fast service and the food was great. Definitely recommend for a quick and easy stop
