Big Apple Store

Recently upgraded the payment system at the pump, so I hope those help protect against possible skimmers. Gas prices are decent, usually right in the middle for the area.

Entrance and parking on the Rt26 side is good. But the path through the small parking area on the Rt11 side is so tight for two-way traffic.

Usual Big Apple, well stocked. Clean.

Awesome place to shop locally!!

They added a Dunkin drivethrough.

The store is great. There was a large selection and the restrooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the checkout area was not cramped. However, the parking lot was hard to maneuver and the person who does the plowing left his bucket loader right in the way so the route for the large trucks to get to the diesel pumps was not as easy to navigate. Also the layout for the diesel pumps is awkward and not convenient at all.

The rewards program is not worth using you never get any decent rewards.

The was poop on the floor in the bathroom no toilet paper outside trash can was full every pump was filthy cashier was very pleasant but not the best big apple I have been to

War profiteering diesel prices! Congratulations at being one of the highest price diesel outfits in Maine. For 4 days now I have been driving by the auburn turnpike entrance seeing $6.04 for on road diesel. Big Apple inOxford and Poland have been hovering at $6.50. Even their off road diesel is running 25 cents higher than everyone else’s ON ROAD DIESEL!!! I drive all over this state. And most everyone is floating around $6. Even up past Bangor! I buy 300 gallons a week of off-road and inroad diesel. I refuse to buy from Big Apple anymore. Windshield fluid stations always empty. Receipt paper always out. No trash cans. What a joke. Bottom of the barrel outfit.

So I have shopped at this location for atleast 3 years I have been in hundreds of times, by far this is my least favorite big apple I have ever been at. There is a few good apples at this store but all the others fall short and usually quit. Service is usually at best 3 stars but nothing to really get a fuss over. Yet this last time in will be my last.
On Friday the 29th at 4ish pm I pulled into the station on fumes, because I was low on gas I mistakenly parked my car on the wrong side of the pump. I went inside and payed 20 dollars with my cash app. I went outside and lifted the pump and realized I couldn't reach so I hung it up and turned the car around. The pump p would no longer work so I went inside. I asked the cashier to rest the pump and she what I could only describe as rude told me that to bad the money went back on my card because I hung the pump back up. I wanted the manager but she wouldn't help me either. Sitting outside smoking in her car. I said I hD no more money. 47 to get my money back hours to get my money back. 47 hours

Came in at 3 in the afternoon on the Friday of memorial day weekend. Asked for a propane tank exchange. Cashier said I'm the only one here and I can't leave the store (which was empty, no other customers). He flat out refused to exchange my tank because he didn't want to do it. Why would I choose to shop here again? I can't think of a reason either.

Had an absolutely horrific experience with a woman named Desiree who is apparently an assistant manager. She screamed at us, she took her mask off, and threatened us. We have the whole thing on film. Will never stop at another one of your locations because of her.

Lottery machines are always down. At least 2-3 times a week. And Jon doesn't like to take winning Lottery tickets. He says they can't take to many. Huh ?there friggen lazy and don't want to do anything

Came in without a mask to buy beer. I was politely handed a mask, the clerk said he'd be fired if he sold me beer without a mask. Bad juju CN Brown.
