AT&T Store

This 5 star review is for Jason - not for AT&T which is the lowest type of scummy corporate entity which should be disbanded and nationalized, in my personal opinion. I went into this store in tears after being bounced around on the phone by AT&T in an attempt to figure out my billing situation with my business account, which the sales and billing department for small business completely screwed up. (I should be clear that I did cancel my AT&T service today, and I swear I will never give them another cent of my money.) HOWEVER this review is about Jason, who is a wonderful human and helped me get on the phone with the right people and also strong arm them into doing what I was asking. He truly listened to me and helped me return my equipment and get the information I needed from the useless representatives on the phone.
I’m sure it’s unlikely that anyone from the higher offices of AT&T is reading this review but in case you are- stop hiring people overseas that don’t understand their jobs and start hiring people like Jason, who care about the people in their community and make the world- and your company- better.

My mom and I always go to this AT&T store bc the workers are always so helpful! Joe assisted us today with upgrading my phone, and the process went smoothly. He was very friendly and informative. He was also patient with us and answered all of our questions. We will definitely come back next time we need assistance. We appreciate the help! Thanks again, Joe! (:

Jason was sooooo helpful, polite, professional, personable! I came in panicked with a new device as a new customer and I'm so glad for all the help. HE SHOULD BE A MANAGER AND TRAIN ALL SALES PEOPLE! Us older adults need this kind of support. Thanks foe making my transition smoother than I could have hoped for.

Emilio was amazing at the Brand location. He gave me a lot of great information about other att devices and programs. He gave me great options for my upgrades. He was super patient and answered all my questions. I always come to this store location! Super excited to get my new phones.

I highly recommend this AT&T location for any and all phone and internet needs. I had been experiencing issues with my old phone and was in need of a new one. Eric not only helped me set up my new phone and patiently waited while all my data transferred, but he also assisted me with my questions regarding my internet service and assisted with billing. I appreciate his resourcefulness and friendly service. He was very helpful and patient during a busy time at their store. I’ve been to other locations for similar situations and the process had taken 1.5-2 hours but Eric got me out of there within record time. Thank you guys!!

I was in Glendale when my phone was stolen. I went into the AT&T store on Brand and was helped by Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable about my current situation and made my day by getting me a replacement and setting up my iCloud which thankfully has everything like it was never stolen. Thanks Brent for everything.

This store is so awesome! Ive been to other locations but none top the cleanliness & etiquette that i have experienced here. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Samuel, he is the store manager. He introduced me to one of the sales representatives, checked in, and ensured everything was running smoothly. Now thats whutw glove treatment! Thank you!!

Marvin has been extremely professional and helped my family restore our landline. He went above and beyond to see our problem start to finish, and exceeded all expectations. 10/10 service, would recommend.

I’ve been a customer for around three years now. When we entered this location it was fairly busy, and it still only took about 2 minutes to be assisted. Joe was very helpful, and assisted us with everything in a very professional manner. Everything from receiving the phone, to transferring all of my existing data onto the new phone took around 35 minutes. Fast, professional service, all done with a great attitude. Highly recommend visiting this location, and asking for Joe.

I was in the store to buy power adapter for my phone and boys at the store also offered me to help with setting up my new phone .Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful .Definitely will go back again .
