Phenomenal staff! Great customer service!! Stopped in today to pick up control freaks for my son. This was like the third store we went to. Staff went above and beyond by finding us the last pair they had in stock. Would definitely recommend going here.

Recently purchased a used Nintendo Switch Lite via in-store pickup on the website. I specifically chose Indigo colored model (Nintendo calls it Blue but it is the same color as Indigo GameCube). Anyway I picked it up no problem but when I got in the car I noticed that I was given the Turquoise model instead but the sticker on the box said “Blue.” So I went back in to hopefully get the correct one. It turns out another employee accidentally took in a Turquoise model as Blue. Luckily the current employee helped me out and found an Indigo one in the back (last one too) and swapped it out for me no problem. Thank you 😁

Josh Garrett, the unsung hero at Latham GameStop, made a lasting impression on me during my recent visit. I decided it was time to trade in my old Xbox consoles, a decision not made lightly. Was there to purchase a cord for a nintendo ds3 and the two employees were very helpful and charged the nintendo ds3 before I purchased what I needed to charge it.

Tonight I stopped at 2 different game stops. They were both awesome. Troy didn't have what I was looking for and Terrence went out of his way to find what I needed at another store. When I got to latham they were awesome too. They happily answered all of our questions and. Were extremely friendly. Thanks you guys!!!

They have one of the best stores in the are inventory and customer service wise, I can always find what I need, and the employees are patient and willing to help you in anyway they can. They are also very knowledgeable a out games coming out and any information they can give.

Amazing how much knowledge and how far they go out of there way even to a non gamer like me I'm very impressed with the staff, and there store is very well kept with great house hold items that you would enjoy,like the Chucky doll or even the Halloween Michael Myers figures. I'm a kid all over again, it's Awesome and Thank you to the Manager Meredith she is a delight. If you want a good game at a cheap price or just wanted to sell your old stuff you have to stop by this place located on the grounds of the old Latham Mall😎

Great GameStop location. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I had to replace my PlayStation and luckily I had the protection on it! I brought the dead PlayStation in and they replaced it right away. I always have a good experience with the staff and they usually have some good sales on merch and toys.

This by far the best game stop I have ever been to. I love the staff and the store is always clean and well organized! I shop here at least twice a week. Glad they are opened back up and following safety measures!

I like how they moved more into merchandising and subscription models to stay afloat, than ripping you off for used games and trade ins with Inquisition-like mercilessness. Had a quest for a certain used item to various GameStop's, and encountered amiable and generally knowledgeable employees more than the old type of "gamestop clerk", must I say more? Anyways 5/5

I had a wonderful experience last night 7-22-19at this gamestop. I came in and sold an old Wii system and several ancient original xbox and xbox 360 games. During my time here, I was excited to be here and had fun with the 2 associates working.

Michael was awesome in taking the time to deal with my numerous games and wasn't pushy at all. I felt bad that he ended up staying later than the time he needed to be working that evening, but I truly appreciate that he took the time!

Please take care of both him and the kind lady working there that evening. (Don't remember how to spell lady's name correctly. )

Went to venin GameStop in Latham, his store after going to two other stores with poorly customer service he was able to take care of me and was able to sell me so many items and sign me up for the GameStop power rewards including My Husband it was very informational and a pleasure customer service

Good clean store, they even called to let me know I could pick up a game early. Super nice staff.
