Desert Vista Ace

Man these men and women at Ace are life-savers! A few months back, Alex helped me cut a pretty complicated key that I had to make an appointment for.

For as long as I’ve been living in the neighborhood (20 years) EVERY single Ace ‘representative’ has gone above and beyond to help me. Most recently Bill, Jaye, Lewis, Mason, another man who I think is named Bill and everyone else whose name I may have forgotten at the store, has been approachable, patient and understanding. And I think I know why: they’re not only excellent at customer service, but they’ve been there and have empathy and compassion for their customers. This last point is truly rare to find nowadays. My only advice to you is to keep doing what you’re doing because in my experience, it’s working beautifully. Thank you.

Alex is amazing!! I came to this ace a few weeks ago in search of something specific. This was the third ace I had gone too and Alex took the time to help me find EXACTLY what I needed without making me feel bad. This location is a little out of my way, but her customer service made the drive worth it.

I've been going to this Ace since I was a kid. The staff is friendly and helpful. Price might be a tiny bit higher than the big box stores, but you can't beat the service. This trip was just to get a key made. In and out in 5 minutes.

I made a few stops at this Ace while moving a family member cross-country. I dealt with several employees and all were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had keys made and the gentleman brought them to me where I was shopping rather than ask me to come back when he was done. Another gentleman gave me some pointers on picking out packing material, advising me on the best price and product (Contractor bags are the way to go!). After I checked out someone carried everything to my car for me and helped me load it. All were exceptionally pleasant to deal with, especially given that it was within an hour of closing time.

Great customer service. Upon entering, the cashier immediately greeted me and pointed me to an aisle and called for someone to assist me. The employees took a concerned interest in helping me locate what I needed. Very friendly place!

Always helpful here at this ACE. I would recommend you come early or after noon. The parking spots are very tight but if you like walking to get those steps in then anytime is a great time to handle all your shopping needs.

Customer service beyond helpful! I went in looking for a screw and they completely fixed the Christmas stocking holder that I brought in with me! Thank you Doug and the staff at the Tanque Verde location! The best!

Very nice hardware store. The employees were very friendly and courteous and helpful as well. I was able to get it in and out hassle-free and they even helped me get discounts on some of the items I purchased. Highly recommend this place

Wonderful customer service. Great neighbor store for those quick trips for home improvement needs. Definitely more expensive then the big box stores, however the convenience and service make up for the price. They also have ACE brands that have become actually pretty good quality and they always have specials on thier ACE products.

I came in looking for a 15A Wi-Fi plug. It was located logically so it was quick to find. While the brand wasn't a brand I recognized it seems to be decent quality. The price was reasonably competitive to Amazon's price. There was no line at the check out so it was a quick in and out experience.

Very convenient when working in this area, and surprisingly big with a larger than you would imagine selection for how small it looks from the parking lot.

The employees are all wonderful l always find everything that I am looking for and you can tell they love what they are doing and that is the key to good business. I will not shop anywhere else. I just moved here from California and they made me feel welcomed. Thank You

As always...Ace is one of my favorite stores..the staff is knowledgeable and congenial, rare qualities in many retail stores. They are independently owned and operated so may not carry the same products in case you have a return they may not honor it. The 22nd and Kolb store has a kitchen kind of area that will entertain the toughest audience😊😋👍👌😁. Love you ACE

I love this Ace store. If I need something specific, don't want to walk thru a warehouse to get it, I come here. They still have a large variety of everything, and it's sales people are friendly, and knowledgeable.

This place has an impressive assortment of products, with everything you need all in one place. The staff was friendly and attentive, store was clean. I will definitely return in the future.

My favorite hardware store. Better than any Big Box Store. Every one of the employees here, knows where everything is located and are so willing to help. Ace is my go-to hardware store.
