Beautiful shop! Great variety of crystals.

This is honestly my favorite shop in Northwest Indiana. I began purchasing crystals about two years ago and I return here over and over again for my crystals, herbs, and sage. Lori is extremely kind and helpful. Every time I go to the shop, she and her staff both are kind and knowledgeable of crystals and their energies/properties. Whenever I’ve come in after a stressful day from work there is always a friendly face and an ear that listens. Customer service is incredible and I’ve recommended the Crystal Lady to friends, family and students. Items are of fantastic quality and her prices are the best in the region. I always leave the shop feeling re energized and calm. Truly a spot you don’t want to miss if you enjoy crystals!

On vacation from Florida. Visiting my aunt and uncle. First thing I did was look up crystal shops. Came across The Crystal Lady and told my aunt you have to take me there. The shop has so many crystals. Such a huge selection. Different sizes. Fell in love with the Amethyst wings. Found some items. Great place to buy metaphysical items.

LOVED this shop. Prices are great the people are amazing and they actually give you little info sheets with the little crystals!! Will definitely be back!!

Great store and terrific customer service. I was in there on a very busy Saturday morning, and the owner made sure I was being helped and answered my questions. There’s also a good assortment of crystals, jewelry, essential oils, candles and lots of other things. Highly recommend!

We have been buying stones from Lori since she had a booth at the local Farmer’s Market. I am thrilled to watch the growth of her business. Her selection is amazing! Prices are very reasonable and she and her staff are very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Crystal enthusiast or rock hound, you need to stop by and check it out!

Absolutely amazing place, was helped today for a collection display piece for wife and had absolutely zero idea what to shop. I was given a tour and settled on an amazing slab of labradorite that I couldn’t wait until Christmas to show my wife. It’s beautiful and I couldn’t be more thankful of the amazing customer service. Oh boy I thought I left a review for this place along time ago. I absolutely love going in there. She always has so much to choose from and it’s so beautiful in there! Her and her team are very knowledgeable and are able to help you when needed! This is my favorite place to go when I need something new!

Visiting Lori is always a positive experience.
Not only is she friendly but also extremely helpful to my self and my daughter's when I visit.
Although weekends are draw a largely crowd she always has time to answer questions and assist. Christine and All of the other ladies are helpful as well. You won't be disappointed if you stop by. Beautiful pieces and beautiful energy!

The best crystal shop i have ever been to! So many beautiful crystals all reasonably priced and she even has cards about each crystal you can take home! Theres beautiful larger crystals, priced higher because their size but beautiful to look at! The energy in the store is so pure and inviting... i swear I go into her shop once a week to pick up a new crystal!

One of the best crystal stores I have ever been in. The selection of crystals is amazing and quality is top notch. The owner and her employees where very tentative to my questions and knowing exactly what I needed. Store was so beautiful and smelled wonderful.
