Couldn’t recommend this place more! The products are thoughtfully curated and everything we’ve tried is amazing! And the service is incredible. The owner Melissa is very hands-on and extremely customer centric while also maintaining high standards of environmental stewardship. They are also very non-judgmental for people just entering the world of low waste and can help you take baby steps in that direction. Just to give you a glimpse into their exceptional service… We headed into agora market and she noticed my little guy was upset because he had wiped out in the parking lot. She immediately pulled out some biodegradable Band-Aids to help us even though we weren’t at the time even planning to make any purchases. She’s just a great person who loves helping to change the world one customer at a time! They most definitely are “being the change” with a hug and a smile, and I love to see all they are doing in our community. A Harrisonburg staple for sure.

This is a must stop every time my wife and I visit downtown. There are products to help reduce waste for every budget and refill options for products you already use! Our favorites are the ultra concentrated Castile soap and tooth paste tabs. The owner, Mel, is around often but if you miss them, the staff is always friendly and open to questions.

Love this store! I cannot recommend it enough. I go here for things like bulk laundry detergent and dish soap, toothpaste tabs, and dish scrubbies. They have a wonderful variety of practical waste-free items, and the owners and staff are super friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! I found my new favorite hair products here: Red Bud Suds shampoo bar and Hi Bar conditioner bar. I cannot believe how much I love them. I’m smitten.
