Bought my new Kia from Ricardo. After driving my old ride for 17 years, Ricardo made my buying experience very nice. Received excellent customer service and satisfaction from him. I am highly recommending him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Also, his co-workers, Samantha, Jay, and Mike and Andrew and Thomas were very helpful as well. I am enjoying my new ride!

I dealt with sales person Derick primarily. I recommend him if you are a potential customer. Very informative, no pressure, easy to chat with. This was my experience with all the folks I encountered here, very good group.

I have purchased over 15-20 new cars in my lifetime and I have to say this was one of, if not the best, new car transaction I have ever dealt with. My salesperson was Sai Vang who was excellent!! No pressure, found the car I wanted within a week and negotiated a more than fair price without the pressure tactics found in a lot of dealerships. The used car manager, Dave, offered me more than any other Kia dealer and was great to work with as well. Samantha, the finance person, while obligated to go through the extra add-ons, did not pressure me to purchase anything else and explained all of the financial details of the sale and my loan. If you are looking to purchase a Kia, go to Stevens, you won't be disappointed....

10/10 experience. Bought a car the same day I stepped onto the lot. Shout out to Rob, good man, for teaching me to drive manual. On a test drive. Foolish thing to do, but it worked, got me hooked up with an amazing car that I’m so excited to have!

My experience with Sai was phenomenal! I totaled my previous car and was simply not looking forward to this experience of buying a new car, but Sai made the expericence a breeze and so much fun! His knowledge and experience are top notch. He connects with and cares about each and every customer and what vehicle fits them best. He made me feel like I was a part of the Kia family! She is very helpful and does her best to answer all questions. She also does everything she can to get us the best deal we can. If they don't have what we have been looking for she tries her best to find it. I would deal with Jamie again for all my car needs and wants.

Steven Kia is by far the best Kia dealership i have come across. I drove 120 miles to lease my car from them. My salesperson Sai Veng was awesome.. very pleasent to talk too and highly knowledgable. Wish i could give 6 stars, too bad 5 out 5 is highest score Google allows.

We had an outstanding purchase experience at Steven KIa for our new EV6 GT-line. Sai was the best - he went so far above and beyond to help answer all of our questions and even give us multiple test drives. They were very fair with our trade and especially with pricing of the EV6. We finished our test drive, and Sai and some of the crew stayed late to allow us to purchase the vehicle and finish our trade on the spot - even had the chance to meet his wife and sweet dogs. The EV6 has offered an amazing driving experience in our first week of owning it. We have driven it around town, and we took it on a long road trip. The training that Sai offered allowed us to be very comfortable using all of the features including the Highway Drive Assist, which works very well on the interstate to take a lot of the pressure off of driving. I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership to experience the super high quality Kia vehicles and especially the EV6 - you will be well taken care of!

Paula has and continues to be amazing. Her customer service is excellent. I have inquired about and have test driven a couple of different vehicles. Unfortunately due to a medical emergency I wasn't able to purchase the one I enjoyed (Kia Stinger). Because of Paula's professionalism I will be returning once I am cleared to drive!

Service center was easy to work with. They got me in, worked on the windshield and got me out. The service tech explained everything so that I understood what to do afterwards.
