Highly recommend total tech service from best buy!! Pays for itself in 1 repair and anything I buy has a 90 warranty. I simply drop off any repair or any upgraded components for my pc and it's ready for pickup in a day or 2, can't beat it!!

Dylan was the best in the Geek Squad department. He was friendly, kind, patient, as well as knowledgeable. Great sales representative as well. I came in to inquire about replacing the battery for my 2017 MacBook Pro and he suggested preordering the new MacBook Pro with the M3 processor instead. I took his suggestion and am very happy with my new purchase. Dylan works at the Harrisonburg, VA location.

Didn't buy anything. However the store was clean, the employees were nice and offered to assist. We were greeted when we came in. There was a rain storm so we roamed until the rain stopped. Nice technology kept us entertained and I got to look at some specs on some items I am considering.

Customer service it’s kinda weird but I love the place overall since it’s a Best Buy.

Love Best Buy. Have purchased so many things from them for years. They try to keep up with the times and service needs. Total protection plan is good if have a fair amount of items from them. Look for price match. Ship from store to home if item not in stock at store closest to you. Some drop off with staff and quantity of products but think that is everywhere right now

The assistant manager Vince was great! He helped us track down everything we needed even though he had to spend awhile finding it ! He truly is an exemplary employee! And we truly appreciate it! We had been looking for these amiibos forever ! Thanks to Vince my husband now has part of his collection complete! Thanks Vince !

Second time I've bought here. 1st time was a Samsung Galaxy 10 smart phone about 2 yrs ago. This time a 43" smart TV. Store is clean, staff well-groomed and helpful. Associate went out of his way to find the TV I wanted which was not easy since it was the last one in stock of that model and out of the way in warehouse. I'll continue to use this store when buying appliances and tech equipment of the type they stock. This was a smooth, friendly and efficient transaction.

This Best Buy never disappoints. There does seem to be few members of staff available to answer questions these days though.

Looked for what I needed online, found it here, went to the store, Robbie was awesome, answered my questions and was able to get everything done and me out of the store in good time.

The staff at this store go above and beyond good customer service. I actually enjoyed the time we spent purchasing and setting up my new phone. Friendly and helpful people worked together for customer satisfaction.

Knowledgeable staff and great selection. I bought a laptop here and the gentleman helping me knew a lot and answered all of my questions. He even helped order one for me, and it was delivered to my house in 2 days. I became a Total Protection member too. The peace of mind is great!

This location has always impressed me with the customer service available. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and ready to help. My latest visit was for an item that was no longer in stock so they assisted me in ordering on and having it sent to my home without an extra charge! Another GREAT experience
