Omgosh the service we got and continue to get from Wendy in the cabinet and Kitchen department is amazing. We purchased a huge kitchen from her and she was 190 million percent awesome. We just called her for a mudroom redo and she remembered everything about our kitchen and all our preferences. I don't know what Lowes pays this woman but it's not enough. If anyone owns a kitchen shop you should poach her because she's next level good at her Job. If you need a kitchen go see Wendy.

I'm currently remodeling my bathroom and it's not been easy but the staff at this store has been so helpful. Every time I go to get something I have questions and I can always find a friendly employee to help. I cannot say that about Lowes stores. Clean, helpful, stocked, and easy access.

The customer service here is a little sketch. But the company they used to put are carpet and lvp in did a awesome job

Went to just LOOK at flowers at Lowe's . But couldn't beat the price for the markdowns. 8 flowers to plant, 3 hanging flowers and 1 to put into a pot. So HAPPY. $ 4.oo each. $ 7 for the large. Total = $ 54
Sad to say went to Menards first. Everything was almost dead to really dead. That's worth going to Lowe's 🥰👍😎🌹🌺🌸⚘🌷🌼🌻 Now just gotta do the dirty fun work 😁

Great materials always stocked well with what's needed and they have free tire air now out front of store

The employees are great there really helpful finding things and if ur not sure how to fix something they definitely help u out.

Grace was an amazing help to me! She helped me load an entire truckload of materials onto a cart and into my truck. Extremely grateful for your gratitude! This has always been my favorite store. Everyone is always so helpful.

Prices are fair, and I always find what I need. They were great help when I had to urgently find a new fridge and light.

Most times I do not like Lowes but I enjoyed my last visit to the lowes in Mooresville.

I have never been disappointed here. I purchased new granite countertops for my kitchen and everything went great. I have ordered items for curbside pickup and am able to pick up my purchases quickly. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

I went in to get a cozy outdoor loveseat to read in. The staff was super helpful and so patient as I laid on a few different models and asked questions about price and availability. Once I had made a decision, Linda even went to get me a flatbed cart and helped me pick out pillows to finish the look. Great customer service experience!!

I wasn't able to find what I needed, but the man working in the bathroom section was super nice and told me where I could find what I needed! He gave me the address and name of the owner of the store to go to! Thank you again to the kind man.

Always have what i need. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to get assistance to find stuff. Employee's are not as friendly about giving assistance like they did when the store first opened. Its like they are scared that you are going to ask them a question and shy away. But overall love Lowes.
