Dollar Tree

Happy Valley, Norterra Store always has what I need at a price I can afford. I bought jars for a project. There were plenty of sizes, styles to choose from. The cashier was so pleasant and it was evening so she may have been there all day and was still so nice.

I have hopping from Dollar Tree to Dollar Tree all day trying to track down certain glassware. This place was very well stocked. I found everything I needed and Kim was an absolute doll. Everywhere I've been to, the cashiers were rude. It was a relief to finally get great customer service. She offered a box for my glassware and helped me wrap it all up with newspaper (no other store offered any such help). Thank you Kim!! You made my day ❤

I work for this store and we try the best we can to have freight out and to provide customer service. I had a couple bad reviews on here I'm sorry it was never my intention to be rude I must of been having a bad day

I can always shop freely because everything is so cheap. And just because it's a dollar, doesn't mean the items are bad. I like buying makeup there. Most of the food is good too.

One of the cleanest Dollar Tree stores I've seen. 5 stars for being clean and having good selections and workers always trying to work. This is a long review to counter the bad reviews. Wish corporate would allow more workers BUT this isn't a high dollar store that can afford having staff all over the place, it's DOLLAR Tree. I expect to wait in line and appreciate what workers try to do in these low-budget, low paying jobs and I appreciate this store's workers doing a pretty good job in spite of it being a DOLLAR Tree. This isn't like Walmart that has people standing around or wandering isles, these Dollar Tree workers seem to always be doing some sorta work...wish they had more workers but, let me repeat, it's Dollar Tree, not Nordstrom.

UPDATE - Ashley Meyer, you need to shop at places that never have staffing shortages. Your review of Dollar Tree shows you are dumb. You didn't hear after "don't know what to tell you" because you're dumb. An employee was leaving for the day, a cashier...leaving for the day, how dare they leave work, they could not stay so sadly the line was growing longer. Dollar Trees need more staff in most stores across America. Back to cashiers...they deal with money and cash has to be counted. There are checks and balances to avoid theft and having a cashier count their own money alone and do a bank deposit alone is not a good idea. After "don't know what to tell you" was something about cash and deposit, enough said, a person was leaving work, couldn't stay, end of shift, stuff Ashley Meyer doesn't know about apparently. The problem was Bill should have not asked for help. Bill knew the other cashier was leaving for the day and has to go through processes for end of shift. Ashley Meyer, feel free to shop somewhere that never has a shortage of cashiers or places which will drop all they do and help you. Sadly, Dollar Tree is run with low staffing as directed by Senior Management at corporate office. Bill can't save the store, assistant manager can't save the store, the store manager can't save the store, the district manager can't save the store, and on and on. I hope maybe Ashley Meyer is a little smarter and please, if you're at a business and an employee has to leave, just tell them to stay and take care of you since it seems you must be so great that you have someone wipe your own butt. Dollar Trees sell low cost items and are run with not enough staff most of the time. Simply shop elsewhere Ashley Meyer, your choice. Maybe a little empathy for people in general is a good idea. Good luck Ashley Meyer wherever you shop during the holiday season. At many businesses there may be lines but please offer your skills of problem solving to them. The retail world and everyone needs someone like you who knows how everything works, but really, my guess is Ashley Meyer is sorta dumb and spoiled.

UPDATE - Corporate Dollar Tree is rather clueless or just doesn't care about staff shortages. Often most stores are NOT short staffed. The problem is Corporate decisions to run with as few staff as possible. If a Corporate officer sees this, most if not all of you are ... hmmm, a-holes or greedy bit###s and bas####s with little empathy for real people because you live a life of make money, get bonus, make a stressful environment for our employees because gotta make shareholders happy NOT customers and employees. Anyway, negative reviews happen due to skeleton crews, shifts ending and starting, money being counted by 2 people...just 1 person with no accountability dealing with cash would be a bad idea, yes, I bet Ashley Meyer is still rather dumb.

I have never seen any dollar tree like this before, every merchandises are sorted and the whole store is super clean.

Great store to save some money and find daily items.

Want to give them 5 stars also for finding my wife's phone. Not sure if it was a customer that found it but either way, I really appreciated them finding it and putting it aside. This is what gives me faith in today's world. Great manager!

I want to respond to Ashley , hi this is Amy, you really hurt my feelings, a cashier was leaving for the day she couldn’t stay late I had to count her drawer down our store policy is two people have to be in the office to count money , per policy couldn’t leave her by herself to count her drawer, she took a while to count. As soon as we were done I came on the register. For your frustration come back ask for me I have a gift card for your unconvinced

I always shop at this dollar tree. The cashier (older man I want to say Michael) was very pleasant. However the manager needs to check herself.(older black lady) She was shouting at employees in front of customers. He simply asked her a question and she berated him in front of everyone. I even heard someone say "someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed"

Much bigger and better than the store closer to home. Far more variety and selection. HINT: they have a lot of kitchen tools and gadgets, so it's a good idea to buy something new here first to see if you'd use it before spending a lot of money on the upscale product!

Wow this is one of the best dollar tree locations.. I am tempted to say it's possibly better than the union hills location and that says alot because that's a top one.. this location has everything.. so much I have never seen at other locations.. if this is your thing then plan on spending a long time going through the whole store

This Dollar Tree location was clean and organized. They are running low on Christmas items, but that is to be expected 12 days before Christmas.

Overall wonderful experience! The store manager, Scotty is a wonderful addition to this store! He is making a difference and it shows He provides excellent customer service and always has a wonderful positive attitude every time i come in. This is my favorite place to shop and i will continue t9 keep coming back!! Such variety and well stocked place!

Great store with of great stuff to buy. I highly recommend the LA Awsome Oxygen orange cleaner! One of the best cleaners for a dollor out there. Cleans tough oil stains and spills great! Also the phone charger cables are great here too! Better priced than Walmart's cables.

The stock and selection here was amazing. Usually one Dollar Tree same items but this one shut that logic down. Good customer service as well.

Still busy but have more selection than my previous stop here.

This location is always clean and very well zoned. It's amazing what one can find for a dollar at this store. Unlike other "dollar" stores, everything in here is $1 or less, instead of other competition.
