T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods

While eating lunch nearby I decided to check and see if Homegoods or anything else like it was nearby. To my pleasant surprise this one was in the same parking lot I was already in. After a quick drive to the back end of the lot I found a spot and went to check it out. The parking lot is crazy busy, but was still able to find a decent spot. I knew I'd find something I loved right when I walked inside. The first thing I saw was a cute holiday display Anne as I looked it over I headed a few aisles down where there were aisles and aisles of more holiday decor. I was in heaven. I picked the few things I knew would be perfect for my home and walked the rest of the store. They had a great rug and furniture section. The dishes were nice and so many more home items. I found myself the cutest pumpkin mug and a few more things. Service was great and the line went so much faster than the location closer to my home. I'll definitely be back. This location has won the top spot by far compared to others. Prices were fair and I think I left with the best value for what I chose.

TJ is all stocked up with Fall and Christmas stuff! 🎄 ✨ This location has a TON of blankets (picture attached)! There are pre-made gift boxes and stocking stuffers with different items like socks, candy, cocktail makers, beauty products, stuff like that. A whole corner is dedicated to Fall style dried plant decor and such (pictured below). The spring and summer candles are on sale and the winter ones they have now smell so warm and cozy! Over by the beauty supplies there are a lot of microwave stuffed animals that you warm up and snuggle with. I saw a few Holiday squishmallows in the back too so of course i snapped a shot of those. 🥰

Today I had an experience like never before! I went shopping literally specific for a few items with my two toddlers since I know I can’t be looking around much but I really needed a pair of shoes for my son, a fitted sheet for his bed that I just transitioned him into and some other stuff for the baby. Everyone knows having two under two can be very challenging sometimes and as I couldn’t shop any longer because one of them was very cranky I had to rush and purchase the items and leave. As I got to my car I put my two kids in their car seat and left all my purchase in the cart and left. As I made it about 10 min drive I realized I don’t have my items with me so I turned back to look for them but unfortunately they were gone. I still had my receipt in my pocket how I purchased them and went inside the store to ask if anyone has returned a shopping bag with the merchandise but unfortunately no one has. However, a gentleman I think he goes by the name Michel and (please forgive me if that’s not your name) he must of been a manager there or an angel cause he was so sweet and so kind to me and made my experience so much better that I literally cried the entire time. I had such a bad day today but thanks to him he made it into a great one for me. We need more kind people like him in this world and TJMax is very lucky to have him work for them. Because of him I will always be shopping at happy valley location no matter what! PS. Please give him a raise because he deserves every penny! TJ Maxx is one of my favorite shopping experiences! High end, low price. The store is clean and well organized. There is plenty of assistance. Always a fantastic find. Sometimes the parking is a bit difficult on a weekend. But it's well worth it.

Carol was very kind and accommodating when assisting my sisters and I in purchasing a large metal bird. She brought it up to the register for us so that we could continue to shop. We were so thankful.

Haven't been here in years. Loved it. Bought some oils for my nails, hands and hair. Had good small kits for makeup.

T.j Maxx and HomeGoods are stores that you can always count on for an amazing variety and good value. You never know what you're going to find as they replenish their stock with new items all the time. Great place to get large scale rugs and cool furniture which you won't find anywhere else. Of course they have good name brand clothing and shoes, mostly women's but good quality all the way around. Around. Good place for snacks, international foods and specialty items

I love this place. You will always find something here. It's also always organized and clean so makes the shopping experience that much better. They have a good section of red sale tags in each department

Shopping here is like a favorite relaxing thing to do! I love looking around and never knowing what might strike my fancy. I always buy Something for my doggos as I love the selection of pet treats here! I also really enjoy looking at all the dishes! I bought a beautiful necklace on this visit from the jewelry counter. Wonderful store, friendly employees!

It's wonderful to know your voice is heard. Since my last feedback, I'm noticing a huge shift in customer service. The staff is cheerful, happy and the entire atmosphere is positive. Kris who usually greets people at the entrance is a breath of fresh air - always going out of her way to help customers and giving her expert advice on where to find things and what to buy. The in store amazing deals are a bonus. I like the vibe so much I go there every weekend after my yoga class. Great work management team!! Love the change you've introduced.

My neighborhood store which I loved to visit very often. But now I hesitate. The staff is not the same. They have hired a number of new kids who are cold and distant. There is one particular girl with red - pink hair that caught my attention. Extremely cold and no smiles even when customers ask a question or interacts. Customer service is something that needs to be taught to the new staff. Shopping at TJ Maxx used to be a great experience- great finds, great deals and amazing friendly staff. Not anymore. My visits will reduce to this location. May go to Desert Ridge or Arrowhead from now.

Always love the unique items you can find at a TJ Maxx and HomeGoods store. Went in there to find clothes for my son's birthday to the young boys section but found lots of good candles at great prices

It's one of the best places around!! Can be here for hours and still have half the store to explore!

Michelle & Kris are the best. Their smiles and kindness is beyond outstanding.

I love this store. They have a large variety of just about everything. The prices are decent ,too. I mainly like the lady who welcomes you in. She's great!! The cashiers are always helpful,nice and get through the lines efficiently. It's a great store!
