DICK'S Sporting Goods

The entrance was usually on the lower level, just like the other Dick’s Sporting Goods that has 2 floors. The entrance is at the upper level, and the elevator has center opening doors. Most Dick’s Sporting Goods elevators has single-slide either left or right.

Tori, mike, Tim dubi store manager helped me really well. I had an issue with the Pair Hoka sneakers, and without any hesitation, they worked with me to swap them out for a wide size that I needed that I wasn’t originally told that you could get. They were worn a couple of times at the end of the day they took good care of me, and I am grateful!Very appreciated on the nice service that I received!

Mark down in sporting goods was great. He gave us advice on new kayak. He was willing to help bring out kayak to our truck.. he went above and beyond .

I had an amazing experience today, Tory at the shoe department was so helpful towards me and other customers. You guys are very lucky to have such a hard worker like her. She treated everyone with kindness and you could tell she really loves what she does. Also Michael at the register was extremely helpful, I was gifted something that didn’t fit and of course did not have a gift receipt. He explained that I was able to exchange it for something else. You guys are very lucky to have such amazing employees! Y’all keep up the good work! :)

Dick's sporting goods says it all.it has all your sporting needs. Fo soccer, baseball, football, basketball, Rugby. They sell all athletic Wear, All The braces for tennis elbow patella straps etc.basketball hoops, All hardware for all the sports. Some athletic Wear, sneakers.embroidery work. You name it for sports apparel they have it.great service. Good prices 👍. friendly helpful staff! very clean.plenty of parking spots plus handicapped parking spots.👍🏼✌🏻👊🏻

I was there the day before Easter and was helped by Tori in the shoe dept in Nashua NH. She is amazing and managed to help 3 groups flawlessly! I was blown away at her work ethic, knowledge of the store and her friendly personality. She deserves a raise!!

I recently visited the Nashua store (Daniel Webster highway) to buy a new pair of sneakers. An employee by the name of Tori went above and beyond (price matching lowest price found and then used personal discount) to ensure I left happy. Tori you are amazing, good luck in aviation school!!

Normally never write reviews but I truly had a wonderful experience here today thanks to Tom from the golf section. I was looking for a size large in a high demand jersey and from what I could see, only an XXL was available. I was about to admit defeat when Tom offered to look up whether or not there were any left. There was only one, and it was on the mannequin so Tom went out of his way to take down the mannequin and take off the jersey to make sure I got the right size. I haven’t had such great customer service in a long time and he definitely secured the $110 sale when I was going to look elsewhere. Truly such an asset to the staff, will certainly be returning!

Best golf selection of any Dick's. The guy in the golf dept was very helpful and even assisted me after the store had officially closed.

Great customer service without hovering near you. Most are knowledgeable when you go to the different departments like golf, outdoors/camping, running etc. The shoes and cleats can sometimes be overpriced but overall a good quality. Even though its a bit pricey, if you get their rewards card it is soo worth it! I can get great deals and they usually take expired coupons too. Their athletic and training apparel is phenomenal I have to say and they have a wide variety of colors and styles that are trending.

Found the flippers i was looking for. Thank god. Last pairmy daughter size. She gets so much use out of them. They are high quality and low price like most of the things there that I have bought. The people there are very helpful. When I needed to buy a bat for my daughter's softball team the woman radioed to a man who was more educated it communicated wall between each other and she help me pick the perfect bat and understand why I was buying that bat quickly

The customer service is less than optimal but their selection, organization and cleanliness is outstanding. Employees generally seem to be low energy but their professional and tactical sporting sections have never failed to disappoint me. In fact, they are the only store in their area with certain pieces of Celtics apparel. I reccomend visiting if you're preparing for your season or your favorite local team's season too.

Alvin was very helpful in the show department when my son was deciding on which baseball cleats today despite how busy it was he was super helpful! Thank you

Scott K in the golf dept was of great help and provided knowledge to help get my clubs set to where I want/need. He took the time out of his morning while unloading the truck to provide top tier service which I really appreciated. If I need anything moving forward, he is the guy to call! First this is the only store in southern nh that carries football cleats. This I know because I spent my entire evening driving from one place to another. Their customer service was helpful in calling for someone to aid us but after waiting almost 20 min for them to finish helping someone else, we helped ourselves. Great store with plenty of choices in every dept. you may need sports anything for. I am sure I will be back as summer football program just started & i'm sure to have forgotten something.
