I would 10/10 recommended this cricket location. I went in to get a new phone and was in and out within 45 minutes. The employee Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. Thank you cricket for being such a great carrier and thank you Alex again for your help.

I purchased a new phone, screen protector, and case. I normally would not buy the screen protector and case there, but Naomi said she would give me a bundle price. So I pay, and she gets everything switched over, and the screen protector and case on. This all took 30 minutes. So I thanked her and left and went straight to work. When I got home later to set things up my daughter says that she put the wrong case on it, she said it was a case for the newer model and the button spaces didn't line up and it was really hard to get the case off and put it back on. I called the store asking her if I can come in and swap cases because she put the wrong case on, she said yes. Then about 15 minutes she calls back and tells me she can not swap them or give me a refund I would have to call the company that was on the box the case came in. Unbelievable. Really? That's so ridiculous considering how much money I spent in that store and have been a customer for many years. Very disappointing to say the least. I've never had a problem before this☹

No one answered the phones when i needed to get ahold of them. Their number been disconnected, no longer works. This is not very professional, i am switching phone companies due to lack of professional experience.
