AT&T Store

The rep who worked with me was very helpful on both occasions that I visited the store. I actually went back for help with setting up my device. I went in there to just buy a new device because I was about to travel out of the country and did not think I had time to wait on a replacement. She was confident that I would get my device in time and she was right. She gave me really good advice and then did a great job the next day of setting up my device. I've been able to travel without any difficulty.

Best place to do business with AT&T. After my 10 year-old phone finally died, I tried to get a new phone and upgrade my plan online. It turned out to be a real nightmare. But once I went into the K & B Plaza AT&T store, Teresa G made getting a new phone and plan really quick and easy. She listened carefully to my needs and situation, and now I love my new phone and I'm actually saving about $15 a month on service. I would definitely recommend K & B Plaza AT&T.

This location is very Dearing to us cause it's where our relationship began great people skills and translator very good English and Spanish language 👍 its always good to have our Latinos doing great job stay up with your head up high we are very proud of u .

Went in to upgrade 2 of the phones on my plan. Guerrero immediately came to greet me and provided the best customer service I have ever received as an AT&T customer in the 10 plus years I have been a customer. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got me taken care of in a very timely manner. If his manager sees this, give the man some recognition and a raise. He deserves it. Thanks for everything.

We set up new plans at the end of August coming from T-mobile. Worked with Guerrero and he was AMAZING. His customer service was outstanding. We had to come back as my phone was having issues and had bill issues. Guerrero help us again. Once again he had outstanding customer service.

The representative was awesome answered every question fixed my issue and on top of everything she did she also got a big discount on our bill we were more than satisfied we absolutely love AT&T customer service

This store is the GO-TO place IN AMARILLO TX FOR questions, exploring, purchases and issues/problems !!! TWO NAMES( remember these!) : Brian—an Air Force veteran —the EN POINTE MANAGER and THE retail sales consultant , CARLOS . These two 🍐ATT representatives are personable, engaged , knowledgeable, ACCOMMODATING , genuine and THOROUGH.

Guerrero, AT&T Rep, was friendly and courteous and to the point service. Good AT&T store in Amarillo, TX near Walmart.

I was met at the door and was helped immediately. All reps were helpful and willing to take the time needed to resolve my problem. They were friendly and attentive. I appreciate them helping me and sharing tricks that I did not know with me.

Frankly was great getting my new service setup. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything! The rest of the staff super friendly as well.

Definitely the place for any wireless, home internet, and TV necessities! :) 11/10 would recommend

Everyone was fantastic! Worked hard to fix my watch. Didn’t work but not there fault. Bought a new Apple Watch that they set up for me and helped me find some new earbuds that are better than the Bluetooth I was using. I highly recommend everyone there. Great people!

Edward at the Gem Lake AT&T store is awesome. I upgraded from my 6S Plus to a 12, but was reluctant to do do. My husband finally just forced me to. Edward made it so easy, plus he lowered our monthly bill. Good trade in credit for my old phone. Came out of there with a far superior phone, a lower monthly bill, and several new accessories. And he explained all the new features. Thanks again, Edward!

Went in to upgrade to an iphone 11. Only had to wait about 2 minutes before being helped. Julie K. was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I was on my way well within an hour.
