Great fuel stop! Always friendly folks. Competitive fuel prices, grassy area to exercise the dogs after 5 hours in the car (with 7 hours to go!) and best of all- no- charge vacuums to clean up a messy car interior on the return trip to Ft. Worth

I was in there about an hour ago, and was helped by Tammy. She was awsome, they had no hot food out yet but she cooked me up some hot dogs, told me about the deal with 2 hot dogs, and even topped them for me. I will be going to this store exclusively because og her great customer service! Thank you Tammy.

The car care center is an okay place to have your car serviced. They are fairly priced too. Something's you just need to take your car to the dealership though.

No problems with the convenience store but the pumps here will not take the TNT card so I quit trying to buy gas here and do all my gas buying at the 421 Tascosa stations.

I had my oil changed and inspection performed. I was satisfied for the most part, but I did notice that my tires were never topped off, even though they were quite low and I paid for the service. Not the best, and not the worst... Quite average.

If you want breakfast before work dont go here nothing is being cooked or stocked. It is Clean and well stocked in most areas. Except they cook hot foods whenever they feel like it. I love the fried burritos. They make them whenever they feel like it. Went in this morning no food at all. Cashier seems a little sad. The customer service is ok could be better. Maybe it is the training.

Went in paid for 10$ gas and it got put on the wrong pump. Then had to walk back because they don't utilize the help button at the pump to see why my gas wouldn't pump. Then 15 minutes after waiting and waiting for my gas pump to get turned on they made me wait another 10 minutes because the pump it was put on wouldn't release my money so instead of refunding my money when they couldn't get it the first time I had to request my money back twice before they refunded it. Never never never will go to tootntotum to time Again!!!!!

Very angry they are switching to Valero from phillips, i have a phillips card so i wont be going here anymore

This has to be the worst TnT in town. Who is the manager here? The employees are rude. Trash is everywhere. Bathrooms are filthy.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and lackluster assistance that left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated.

Horrible car care service I asked for a basic oil change and they put full synthetic oil in and charged 100 I don't use synthetic oil so don't go to these guys they are rude and I'll never go back and never recommend them ever.

I just had the worst experience with Car wash and it did not wash my car or get it dry all the way. The manager Jonathan Estrada told me I had to pay again to wash my car because the first time didn't wash my car. I paid for the wash and didn't get the service I should have got and would not allow me to go through again. I am shocked this is how the customers that pay good money for a 3 minute car wash get treated. He would not give me the na me of the owner of this car wash at Toot n Totum on Amarillo Blvd and Tascosa Road. This is bad service and I just want people to know customers are not important here. It's all about the money here. If your car is still dirty, they will not please the customer. Unbelieveable nightmare here. Never again will you get my money to wash my car, it's about greed, not the customer.
