I walked in the door two days before Christmas because my online order got lost in transit. This wonderful person met me at the door and asked if he could help me. I was in and out with THE Christmas present for my daughter in 5 minutes. She was in the car and he even helped me double bag it so she couldn’t see. I was a stressed mom and he solved all of my problems.

Easy shopping, plenty customer service available for questions and inquiries. Everything I was looking for (and the things I weren't looking for :)) were all in stock.

We had a device exchange with the mobile department and there were issues/concerns with another store that said one thing but this store said differently. In the end, all issues were resolved and the team, along with the GM, were very understanding, transparent, patient, and willing to work with us in any way possible throughout the transaction.

The Geek squad seems to be the busiest team, and they do a great job. Be prepared to wait a minute because they are all busy meeting customer expectations. The service is great. Returns can be handled by customer service . Online orders have their own lane. Best Buy was the only place where Apple could send me for a repair and service in Amarillo.

Customer Service was a 5! Was very busy on Christmas Eve but had no problem with staff helping me look for items.

I purchased my laptop at best buy and they were very knowledgeable and friendly and she I needed to take it back in for service it was done quick and with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone!

Purchased a gaming computer online. It didn't go through well but the inside customer reps were so happy to help and make it right. Cyberpower PC is running great!

Was a very short visit. Looking for a mini fridge found a better deal at Home Depot
