CVS

I got two vaccines on Saturday even though my appointment didn’t show up. She was very helpful. The cashier up front was very helpful too. I got my care card again and there was a coupon on it.

The staff at this pharmacy really know their stuff! On multiple occasions, they have gone above and beyond to help me navigate complicated insurance matters. It's a very busy location, so it might take a little time, but it's worth the wait. Absolutely stellar, I won't ever go anywhere else!

I am really impressed with the CVS at 1701 E. Parmer Lane (Austin, Tx). Whenever I go in, the staff is always so helpful and accommodating I'm going to give a Special shout out to Jessica who has been exceptionally helpful and extremely knowledgeable each and every time I come in there. Please let her know how much she is appreciated.

This is the only CVS I don't get racially profile. I've noticed that Walgreen and CVS loves to follow people around specifically POC. Great staff, great environment!

The store is amazing and it’s 24 hours. Dennis was must helpful when he went out of his way to make the best customer service experience. I recommend getting carepass.

I don't normally leave review but I was visiting Austin from Canada and had to take a Covid-19 test to return to Canada and this location and more specifically the employee I dealt with (I never caught her name) bent over backwards to help me by assisting in register me without a US address to letting my walk through the drive through. Service that I needed and really appreciate.

Friendly staff and fast pharmacy service.

My pharmacy was closed so I came here today (Sunday) to pick up my prescription. They got it for me very quickly. Friendly service as well, I highly recommend them.

The stores like any other CVS, but there is a cashier who usually works night, his name is Steve O and he is the nicest, friendliest person! Sometimes it looks like he is the only working, so thw line gets long, but he is always super nice to everyone.

There is a gentleman that works at the register that I would like to extend my gratitude to. I intently looked at his name tag today to try to remember so I may write this. His name is Stevonte. This is the closest CVS to our home and when we come here it is far and few between, but when I visit and find myself at the resister to check out and see Stevonte, I can not help but smile and just enjoy our mini encounter for that brief moment. Despite the long line and trying to help everyone as quickly as possible and the occasional grumpy face from the customers, he is still always, every single time, smiling and so kind and sweet! During those nights/days, especially during the holidays, I keep in mind to be that smile, be that positive light in a hectic world of holiday shoppers that seem to have a one tract mind. The ones that are impatient and in a hurry, to just be KIND to everyone, even though I don't always get that in return. And you know thats ok. But when I come to this CVS, Im so happy to have received it in return from Stevonte. We really need more people to be kind to each other, and every visit I make here, I seriously hope to see him behind the counter. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I know its hard sometimes to get that occasional customer that grunts and doesn't care about anything you are saying and that may sometimes be discouraging, but your kindness is recognized, and I want you to know that I appreciate it!

Really nice people at CVS. Got my COVID booster shot 💉 the third vaccination shot. They really were super helpful.
