I like this store they have a lot of great women's athletic wear, nice shoes, cute clothes,pretty reasonably priced. They have great fishing and hunting gear.Went in to buy a new winter coat ..found one&I'm happy with the price & winter coat. I would definitely recommend this store for everyone.❤👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Prices are usually a tad higher than other stores, but with coupons it often makes up for it. They usually have very friendly staff and have a lot of other things that even larger stores may not have in stock. Nice little spot that I have shopped at for many years!

Excellent service! My expectations were exceed and I was very impressed with the level of commitment to customer service from the employee I had the pleasure of working with; Jacob, one of the managers.

I had asked Jacob to basically explain everything in detail, yet dumbed down - as if I were 5 years old. I was completely out of my element in this venture with very minimal research. Previously, I had been considering making a first time purchase for a while. As soon as I walked in & walked to the firearms counter, I was greeted almost as family. Jacob then explained everything in detail using layman's terms so that I easily understand, without the 'technical jargon'. And, he was able to simply explained some of the technical information and verbiage so that it was understandable. We spent what seemed like forever (while he never once made it seem like he was ready to wrap up and get me out the door), holding and showing me as many fire arms as I could look at, then would explain the similarities between them and some key differences. We even went back and forth between a couple for a while as I considered my options. We discussed a little about brand quality from the factory of origin and their location (supporting things made in USA is also a big plus + for me), which I totally appreciated. Jacob very clearly went above and beyond his call of duty of service, creating a lifetime customer with me. We had spent what seemed like forever going back and forth between the final few firearms. Then, finally when I was finally ready to decide, he explained the final process and it was super simple and overall felt like a breeze.

Unfortunately, I did have to come back, as I was not approved or denied on the spot. But I did take care all costs except for a penny, to secure the excellent sale price they had running.

By the next afternoon, I had a voicemail from another manager, letting me know that I had been approved and when I was ready to bring in the final penny - I could pick up my new beautiful and sleek, shotgun!

The second manager / representative I worked with was not as memorable and seemed to be too busy to talk, but did get everything wrapped up in a timely manner. Certainly, nothing rude by any means.

All in all the entire process was very simple and WAY less stressful than I had previously imagined or expected.

First time buyer > lifetime customer.

I had an issue and went to this store and asked to see the manager of the hunting/firearms section. He was paged, and Tim showed up a few minutes later. I described my issue to him, and he listened, and immediately went to work making it right. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE OUGHT TO BE. Thank you, Tim!

Definitely my favorite sporting goods store in town. I did have a minor issue with a purchased firearm & management was very fair about solving the issue which earns them my 5 star review. Also I always get asked if I need help there often so customer assistance is never an issue.

If you like underarmour or other brand name clothing I feel their price and selection is tough to beat. if you don’t see something you like for the price you want chances are it will be on sale the next time you stop in.

The young man behind the counter at checkout yesterday morning has exceptional customer service skills! We talked for a few minutes about his basketball ball coaching and Tigers baseball. He did say he's a Lions fan but I don't hold that against him. I'll be back for his help when my kids need new gloves and bats. 5-Stars!!!!!

Very helpful with an exchange that was past the 60 day policy. Had original receipt so the let me exchange trail cameras with an upgrade and paid the difference

Always a great experience. We purchase all our sporting goods here and outdoor gear. You won't find better prices on kayaks and paddleboards. They stand behind the products they carry and are great people to work with.

Needed to re-up on fishing and boating supplies for the summer. They had most of what we were looking for. The items they did not have were specialty items and would have just been a cherry on top. Clean store, staff were masking.

What great employees !!!! I was here out of town and realized we grabbed a sxhool bag instead of my daughters' volleyball bag and an attendant saw my panic ...immediately took me to every area I needed to replace her eqiupment and was back out of the store within enough time for her to make her warm up and game time. I did notice how clean and organized the store was and would gladly return there again!!!!!! Thanks for being there to save the day !!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Took plenty of time with me as a first time pistol buyer. Gave me the help I needed to get started and feel good about it.

They are in a not so expected location and kind of tucked back a little. The selection is great. Their stock was great considering many places are low on product. Good place.

They have a knowledgeable staff and a good variety of sports equipment as well as guns-but they do go fast. Fair prices too. Our go-to place for everything outdoors.

Visited the firearms area with a few questions. Met Kevin he was awesome answered all my questions. This dude knows his stuff very knowledable about there gun selection and ammo . AA++++
