Giant Food

They have the best Quesadillas!! They are only 3$ a piece!!! Their pharmacy is awesome! They have great service except this one lady she was so incredibly rude for some reason my husband went in her line both times we went and the first time she was real snappy and wasn't really mean but just wasn't pleasant. The second time we went to her she had a terrible attitude! I was trying to use my giant card I just signed up for and I didn't have the card because I did it online so I couldn't figure out how to use my phone to have the card virtual. The whole time the woman was complaining and telling me I can't hold up her line...mind you she is still ringing me up so either way I wasn't holding her up. I finally read that you can just use your phone number but by that time she already scanned her card or the stores card I'm not sure so I said to her why didn't you tell me I could just use the phone number on the account and she tells me that it is not her job to tell me that and there isn't anything that she can do about it now. I got really upset because I had a coupon for 10$ off my order for being a new customer. This woman is an older black woman with a short kinda Afro haircut glasses and kinda tall. Steer clear of her register because I am not the only person who has had issues with her.

Well it’s Giant Foods, wide variety of groceries, meat, seafood, canned food, birthday cake, salad bar, cleaning supplies, you name it. Good service, self check out, parking… Nice overall.

UPDATE: This store has undergone a major renovation and the horrid smell in the seafood dept. is FINALLY gone! They have even added a natural section. The store looks beautiful! This community deserved an upgrade to their main grocery hub. Well done!

Clean very personable. Almost seems as if it's a job requirement to appease the customer. Giant is my go-to place.. foods fresh, Clean shelves floors, refrigerators ETC. impeccable even.. the fact they deliver handicap.. medicine it really seems that guy goes on his way to be your go-to... Keep it up!! And you'll be a giant overall stores 💯

Nice clean store, great bakery and produce departments. Plus they have a PNC Bank located inside the store.

Service attendants were they should have when we had any question concerning details of the inventory location of specific items we were looking for. The store was clean, and attendants gave great service, including cashiers.

Still clean and organized. Manager Randy shows her fairness and honesty. A peaceful and welcoming place. I love my Giants food store!

This place is the best Supermarket I go to a lot sometimes with my dad when we get off our part time jobs or even I go by myself to get groceries well fast paced very nice workers couple girls I like that works there gotta give the credit excellent.👍🏽

Great place to shop for all your needs

I just went in here tonight and the employees here were super awesome but one stands out in and her name is Latonya who works in self-checkout. She was super helpful and let me use the store bonus card on the items I purchased when my bonus card wouldn't go through. Store was loaded with everything and was well-stocked, especially the bakery. Bathroom was also clean. All around good experience.

On this particular day it was awesome with my sister ❤ 💕 💖 ♥ 💗 we both have an Great experience and the cashiers, Management and customer service has helped myself with updating my giant discount storecard. Giant on East 33rd is our l9cal Giant.
I am very pleased with this store's selection, staff, and parking.
Although it is just 3 blocks from my home, I drive there because I have too much to carry.
The bakery is great (unless I get there too late). The have a good selection of pastries, breads, bagels, cookies, pies, and muffins. Their selection is àlways fresh and well-presented.
Their weekend flyer gives special discounts in most departments.
The deli is well-stacked for quick pick up and sliced-to-order meats and cheeses.
The cashiers are consistent, competent, and friendly,
The on duty front desk staff is always available to answer any problems with prior purchases and questions. The line there sometimes takes a few moments, but the wait is worth the customer service.
In all, I am glad this Giant is present in our community giving us a good selection of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and home needs.
