Market Basket

My review is on the seafood, sushi, and deli section.
I come here at the same time every week, it is so refreshing to have old school customer service from these departments. They know my name, are always friendly, and get my order right. I’m a little weird while I wait, they know who I am, but they never treat me with anything other than with respect and a great customer/ employee rapport.🙏🏻
Working with the public isn’t easy-but these 3 departments make it look so.👍🏻 Thanks my Sunday crew!

I'm always impressed with the service at this Market Basket. There is a gentleman in the meat department, named Jose'/Hosea (sp), who has gone above and beyond what I call good customer service. I need specific meats for my diet. Anytime I've called, he has been kind to put things aside for me to pick up, or let me know when a shipment will be coming, and on other occasions he offered to slice up many packages for me so I wouldn't run out. You just don't see this level of customer service anymore. The service at this store is wonderful. I won't go to the newer one down the street, for I appreciate good service. It's tough to find this today, and I hope this gentleman is recognized for the above and beyond service he offers. This store should be recognized as well, for the service is always great. Again, you just don't see this in today's world very often. It's quite refreshing when you do, and it should be recognized.

Good prices, extremely well stocked, Less expensive than Costco on some items, great produce, extensive beer and wine selection at great prices. Stick with the Costco bakery items though, particularly the baguettes.

Go to Hannaford for higher prices and horrible service especially at the deli. MB Has the best service products and prices.

They have everything thing you Need and more. Stocked up for. Holiday's. And before Sports events and Game's.
Bad Weather coming. Food and house supplies. Don't forget the Pet food and treats. Great Staff Associates. Very nice, helpful. There working hard. Fresh cut meats. Fresh Veggies. Always the best Bakery goods and sweet treats here. There price's are UnBeatable. At there Best Low cost. Than Other stores around. Get a lot more food for your money here. Plus Online See Sales flyer. Manufacturer Coupons. Save Money here.

This place has nearly everything, and a lot of it. The food is well presented and very colorful, fairly priced and plentiful. It's like the supply chain is back in full gear. Especially enjoyed some prepared salads. Will be back.

Store always has clerks to check u out u don't have to use self checkout

I love Market Basket. I've been going to them since I was a kid. Not only do they have great deals and memories, the addition of the Market Cafe/Food is amazing. It's always so delicious. The cashier's lately could use some work. They really shouldnt be on their phones so much.

This place is flipping awesome. Produce is always great. Hardly any negative employees. My only complaint would be that out of six people I asked where the liver worst was, not one person knew what liver worst was....

I have been shopping at Market Basket for 40 years. I love their stores! Amazing prices, great quality produce, meats, fresh hot food, delicious rotisserie chicken, amazing bakery, fresh sandwiches, pizza, and calzones. Always bright and clean. Super nice employees. There isn't one reason I'd ever go elsewhere.

It's tough to get excited about routine grocery shopping, but the store is well stocked, aisles are wide, and sushi is great. Prices are among the lowest in the area. But they put those annoying orange stickers on everything (which I then remove and stick on their carts.)

It can sometimes get crazy in here, but you can't beat the prices and selection!

Divine at the quick checkout lane was absolutely fantastic! She was so sweet, helpful, and was also providing assistance to cashiers at other lanes while doing an awesome job with her own customers. Thank you so much!

Market Basket is a great place to shop... customer service is very good even when it's crazy busy,. The store seems to be better stocked than other grocery stores I've been to. Prices have gone up, but I think Market Basket still has the best prices.

Little by little I'm purchasing non- perishables for the holidays and Market Basket shelves are full! The checkout team is awesome and friendly. Thinking about ordering their ham or turkey fully prepared dinner for Christmas. Thank you for stocking shelves constantly!

I do shop at M.B. budget friendly. Good think they started to have more organic items with reasonable price's. Some times you have to watch your price ticket on the item and your reiceid . They are good to refund you. We are talking $1:00 to 2 or 3 $ different. They Getting better. Employees are very pleasent and they will help you when you ask them .always very busy and that's good . don't forget retail is not easy job. i always thank them cashier and helpers in the end. Bakery dep. Always very nice in any of the stores .
