This is by far the Walgreens with the best staffs!!! I just started coming here (yesterday 8/31/22 was my first visit) and the staffs made a great first impression. They were pleasant, quick to help, and had a great attitude. I thought maybe I just got lucky with this rare occurrence because every Walgreens that I have been to are filled with the meanest, rudest staffs. I came back to shop this morning and it was the same pleasant experience! The gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. He helped me to get all my coupons to work rather than scowl at me for wanting to use coupons like every other Walgreens (the store literally prints you register rewards so why are you mad when I want to redeem them?!). It is such a refreshing experience to interact with people working customer service positions who actually care about the customers and ensuring they are having a pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this location because the staffs are exceptional!!!

This location has one of the best pharmacies. One evening I didn't realize they had just closed but the pharmacist unlocked the area and grabbed me my prescription. I was so appreciative because I was going out of town the next day and needed it.

The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are all super helpful and patient. I’ve had providers make mistakes on several prescriptions over time and they always go out of their way to help me when it happens. Thank you all for being so great!🖤

I called and asked if they had an extra vaccine. They were so nice and efficient. The pharmacist even stayed after his shift to give me the vaccine! Great staff.

This store has a weird vibe. The staff are pleasant and the shelves are generally well stocked, but it always feels empty inside, almost as if there are no staff or other shoppers. On the plus side of you are looking for deals on soda you can generally find them at this Walgreens more frequently than at the Giant in the same parking lot, you just need to watch the ads.

It's a bit hit or miss with the pharmacy. The one person I've spoken to that has consistently gone above and beyond has been Derek(?sp), he gets a 5 star.

Current situation at 4:05pm on a Thursday—1 person checking people out at the pharmacy.
This is NOT customer service. It’s corporate greed. Keep the minimum number of people on the click and screw the people who need their meds.

The only reason they get 2 stars is that they answer the phone—very low bar indeed.

Pharmacy. Poor service, long wait times, and inefficient staff.

Extremely slow pharmacy. Wait time 30 mins or more.

This pharmacy will let you or your loved ones die. Constantly making irreparable choices without asking or saying anything regarding medications. We noticed your prescription had been sitting here for days so we got rid of it. Then when your prescription does run out you have to contact a doctor or go through hours of being on hold even though you can walk into the store while on hold and it saying they are speaking to other customers and they have no one on the phone. They will let you die and miss no sleep.

Called to talk to the pharmacist to see if they received my prescriptions from my doctor appointment today. I was put on hold with 2 callers ahead of me. 50 some minutes later, it finally starts ringing. And ringing. And ringing. Then hung up on me. I never had a problem when they had the store in the Rotunda. Obviously they don't teach customer service in the pharmacy school these folks went to. And I agree with another review about the atmosphere in this place. It is some kind of weird.

Pharmacy associate had no knowledge. Rx wasn’t covered by insurance, I still needed it regardless. Then she said she couldn’t fill cause she didn’t know if it was a controlled substance… If I knew it wasn’t, why didn’t the employee? After I did my own research turns out the same drug is $6 OTC. Leaving unknowledgeable people to fill Rx is poor management.

Today is 4/10 at 11:48… the customer service here sucks. The older lady at the register had a attitude because I sat the money on the counter while I was digging in my wallet for change to pay. She made a remark saying “oh we just setting the money on the counter today” with a snarky attitude. I had every intention in putting it in her hand but like I said I was digging for change. Then I pay for a bag & she doesn’t give me a bag so I say do I grab my own bag? She replies again with a attitude well I had to sanitize my hands first but you ain’t give me a chance, stay safe. As if it was threat. Work on your customer service please because I didn’t meet you with an attitude so I shouldn’t be greeted with one.

I love my city; and I know times have been tough. But hell will freeze over before I ask a clerk to unlock a cabinet for soap! Seriously?

Ridiculous wait times to pick up medicine at the pharmacy.
