Royal Farms

The overnight crew is a pleasure to see and greet as well as be greeted by everytime I visit. They leave the facility looking clean 🧼 and are truly a breath of fresh air during each visit. Thank you Kathy and crew for the great work you do.

Not to mention they have a collection of some of the best graffiti lighters around 😏

I had an issue w missing items from my delivery. Keisha was very polite . Her customer service was EXCELLENT. THANX KEISHA

I love this location I was there yesterday and the ladies were very nice. Even tho I had to wait for my fries the manager was very polite and even compensated me for the wait. I only had a few minutes to wait and it was very pleasant. The young lady who was the cashier (she had pink braids) was very polite and had a positive attitude. The manager Ela was so funny. I will definitely come back. Oh and the chicken and fries were so good nice and hot. Thank you Ela and crew

Kathy @ 41st and Fall Road is the epitome of Charm City. Not only did she and Dominic make my experience personal. Literally every Royal Farm in this area is closed. They apologized for my inconvenience, and made my experience at 41st post worthy. I will travel for this customer service. Most importantly, I’ll travel for this sense of community.

The overnight crew is especially amazing at this location. Always polite. Extremely helpful. They make you feel like you're stepping into your house...but better...lol. I really appreciate them. The manager is a blessing and it shows. I'm extremely grateful for all of you. Ms. Jeter 🥰

This new manager has really made a 180 in turning this store around. Since Mrs.Alice has been the manager the store seems much cleaner and the staff is much more professional. I think royal farms is really doing a great job in their hiring process. You guys really found a winner with this one
I used to go to 7eleven because the store wasn't up to par now I love my neighborhood royal games store. The coffee and chicken is always fresh and the store stays spotless now too

The new manager Jennifer has really cleaned up the store and there's no longer any parking lot madness with the loitering! You could never go there before without being harassed for spare change, a cigg, a coffee, a sandwich etc. It was bad! Not nemore. The cashier's are also not on their cells now. They're all friendly and helpful!!

I have not ate from royal farms in years before yesterday. My grandma and I had been running errands all day long. It was her idea to stop here and get potatoes (wedges). I ended up getting a breast and wedges. It was so good. The breast was nice and tender. The wedges were fresh out the fryer and delicious. There was no wait time at all. I was shocked. Im a satisfied customer and will be going back.

Note: I stopped eating royal farms because the food was way too salty. This was not the case this time.

Stopped in one night after work and had a pleasant encounter/conversation with a young aspiring musical gentleman named Kevin, i think. Wonderful customer service and overall pleasant demeanor and easy on the eyes. (wink) U guys have a wonderful staff when u employ well mannered, courteous employees such as this young man. I always come here for gas. It's best to always put the same kind of gas in your vehicle, so I picked this Royal Farms. Food is generally on point, and it's convenient to fill up here, as I do often because I'm an Uber driver.

At Royal Farms is my main spot to gas up. I also get free air. This is something that I rarely ever see is something that's free that you have to pay for it any other gas station. This is why I love Royal Farms and I always use Royal Farms.

Wonderful store. The new employees are very pleasant and friendly. The young man man Kevin i think is an asset to this store. Well mannered, very pleasant, and extremely hospitable to all customers.
